I love, Love, LOVE Blaze Pizza! I have to eat both gluten-free and dairy-free, and I can finally have pizza again. They have a pretty good GF crust, and they use the oat milk meltable vegan cheese for those of us who can’t have dairy. When I let them know it’s an allergy (it’s not, but that’s the question they ask so they know whether to change their gloves), they immediately change gloves prior to handling my food. I’ve had pizza there many times since they opened, and I’ve never once become sick afterward. THANK YOU for having options for people with auto-immune disorders!!

We’ve loved Blaze Pizza for a long time and have been to quite a few different locations, but the Meridian staff was awesome. Bryce and Daniel were so kind and patient, as we take a while to figure what we want, but they were the best. The facility was clean and not crowded at all, which was amazing, but I’m sure it’s because it’s still new. Wait until word gets out. We definitely have our “favorite” Blaze Pizza and with it being so close to our home, that is the icing on the cake. The salad was the BLT Cobb and it was fresh and absolutely delicious and the pizza, as always, was incredible. Can’t wait to go back now.

We typically love Blaze for our family. This location messed up a couple of our pizzas by not giving enough sauce on one then not enough cheese on another. The younger kids were pretty rude and put out working there. Definitely not hospitable. We’ll probably opt to go over to the Eagle Rd location since that experience is usually great.

Food is good, usually consistent, little doughy tonight and missing a couple cuts.
Tonight the service was lacking, online order was almost 20 minutes later than it was supposed to. The team was polite, but it did not appear like anyone fully knew what they were doing. About seven employees all around 18-20, most of them trying, one guy walking around with his hands in his pockets.
Certainly didn’t seem like anyone was in charge

The pizza was ready in less than 10 minutes as they said it would be. I ordered the 5 cheese pizza to go and I only live a few minutes away. When I served the pizza, it was so sloppy and messy that I couldn’t even get a slice out of the box in one piece. I could have eaten it with a spoon. The bottom of the crust was brown, but for some reason the top was awful. I could have taken it back to the restaurant, but I didn’t have time to go do that. I’ve always liked Blaze and this was a huge disappointment and waste of money. Its in the fridge, so maybe it will be better left over.

It was my first time trying this place and it was nothing but amazing! I had Tal serving me throughout the whole process and he made it a good one, he was kind, asked about my holidays, and helped me choose all the good options. Will be coming back!

We ordered Blaze Pizza for the first time via their official app, which uses DoorDash for delivery — but unlike ordering through DoorDash directly, there was no way to report a problem with the delivery. Our food arrived well past the expected cook and delivery time, and everything was cold. One of the pizzas, a Margherita, was especially disappointing — barely any toppings, with a large patch of exposed, dry crust in the center.

We reached out to Blaze for a refund or compensation on June 6 and were told the matter would be escalated to the store. After hearing nothing back for over a month, we followed up on July 9 — only to be told that the refund was denied by the store. Instead, they offered 240 Flames and a free Cheesy Bread as a “goodwill gesture” from the corporate company.

Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of accountability and very slow customer service. We were really looking forward to trying Blaze, but this left a bad impression — especially when the order quality was poor and the company took over a month to respond meaningfully, only to deny a refund.

We won’t be ordering again.
