Blaze Pizza in Sugar Land: A Quick Review
This particular Blaze Pizza location in Sugar Land stands out as the best made-to-order pizza restaurant I’ve visited.
The staff is friendly and really don’t skimp on toppings—they load up your pizza with ingredients. Every time I go, there are always patrons there, so the ingredient turnover must be high, and it’s always fresh.
I also appreciate that they are really fast. The ladies I’ve seen working here know what they’re doing, and from order to payment and carry out, I spend maybe 5-10 minutes here. The longest part of that is due to my indecisiveness across ingredient selection. But hey, it always comes out delicious.
I wish this were closer, but I’ll continue to visit when I go to my doctor’s office. 10/10.

I came in this morning to blaze since I had been craving it for about 2 months now, and when I came in Mr. Wilmer greeted me with such a warm kind smile! Honestly he made the atmosphere so nice and pleasant to be around. Lol he made me my pizza which i forgot to take a picture of because it was so DARN GOOD! I usually eat half of the pizza but today I couldn’t stop it was that GOOD! The other staff members were so kind all of them had such a beautiful smile! All of them really had made my day! Well here’s proof I ate all my food

I often enjoy their pizzas when I go in and order in person. DO NOT order online. They will give you no toppings. Somehow there is chicken, bacon, onions, roasted garlic, broccoli on here. Online you are limited to 7 toppings. In store no limit. Staff just don’t care. To me wasn’t worth to eat.

visited today around 1:00 PM and had a very disappointing experience. The employee who assisted me made an error with my pizza order, which is especially concerning because I have dietary restrictions and mistakes like this can be a serious issue for me. When I brought it to her attention, she did not apologize and instead asked if the incorrect order was “okay,” which I found unprofessional and dismissive.
I did not get her name, but she was a petite Middle Eastern woman wearing a hat. Her service and attitude were both unacceptable. I’m sharing this feedback because I value good customer service and hope this can be addressed to prevent similar experiences for others.

Wilmer went over and beyond during my visit. He made me feel welcome from the time I entered the store. He greeted me and made sure I had the best customer service experience. I enjoy having good service because that’s one thing that almost doesn’t exist these days (great service goes a long way)!

I took my family to Blaze pizza for their first time and they loved it. We had a good time the atmosphere was excellent and Pizza was fresh and delicious, the outside patio has an amazing view. The staff was friendly and patient. If you love pizza like I do this is the right place to visit.

It had been about two years since I last had a Blaze pizza. I have celiac disease, and cross-contamination is a major concern for me. A few weeks ago, I stopped by the Sugar Land location to buy a pizza for my daughter, and Wilmer helped me. I told him how much I missed eating pizza, and he said he could make one for me with the utmost care to avoid any cross-contamination.
Today I went back for my own pizza after two years, and Wilmer full of positive energy and willingness to help—prepared it for me. I had no cross-contamination reaction at all. Wilmer is not only incredibly friendly and provides excellent service, but he also brings joy to the place. I’m extremely grateful to Wilmer, and I wish every restaurant had someone like him.
