This spot is my preferred pizza place in the area. I choose this over Domino’s or any major pizza chain any day. Pizza is consistently enjoyable, with fresh, crispy crust and appealing ingredients. The ambiance is consistently pleasant, though nothing extraordinary. Customer support could benefit from a slight nudge in the right direction. The procedure from preparing the dough, to spreading the sauce, to incorporating the remaining ingredients requires some assistance. They could be following the correct blaze method, yet I believe one individual can grasp the initial steps and then relay them to the next person seamlessly. They might be somewhat quicker, that’s all. Regarding the young woman who consistently puts the pizza in the oven, she is very polite, amiable, observant, and also helps on the register to minimize wait times. Once more, this is my favorite pizza place; I’ll continue returning here regardless of that minor detail.

We get a custom built pizza exactly like we want it and the price is very reasonable. Other people saying that Blaze Pizza is overpriced and not good obviously haven’t been out to many eateries lately.
Except for maybe one other competitor, there’s no other standard pizza franchise anywhere that builds personal pizzas like Blaze Pizza. That’s the truth!

Showed up on time and food was not even in the oven. Waited 30 extra minutes and food came out: 2/3 pizzas were made wrong. One had wrong base. The other was entirely a wrong pizza. Didn’t even bother asking them to fix it because they were so overwhelmed. The quality of the pizzas were so disappointing, I’ve eaten at many Blaze Pizzas and this location was by far the worst. All day I’ve been talking this pizza up and basically threw out our pizza because it was so thin and burnt.

High rise dough was completely raw. We live far away and called for a refund on the high rise pizza and the manager stated we’ll have to bring back in the pizza in order to receive a refund which wasn’t feasible for us. Simply issuing the refund would have avoided this poor review. The customer service and food quality was very poor, I just hope my family and I don’t get sick from consuming raw dough.

Very disappointed in the food and customer service.We came to eat at Blaze Pizza on March 2nd. The employees look like they hate their jobs, no one greeted us or smiled once. I mean if you’re busy it’s understandable but everyone just looks so miserable and sad. My son loves pizza so we were excited to try this place. The food is way overpriced! We ordered 2 half pizzas and two side salads. I believe it’s the “ take 2” The pizzas get minimum ingredients added and to be honest it tastes like a red baron pizza I saw the employee make it so I know it’s not but it wasn’t anything close to $40 worth we ordered 2 Greek salads but I’m not sure why they are called Greek salad it only had lettuce a few baby tomatoes and a small amount of cheese and onions. The ranch cups were a third filled, you pay a lot and get the bare minimum in my opinion. My son asked the employee if he could pay for croutons so he could add it to his salad and the employee told him “ let me ask my manager” honestly doing too much cause really it’s just some croutons… they came back and said no it’s “against their policy” to sell him a few croutons which is insane I thought they might just add them for him but he was told they couldn’t do that either. I was mad but didn’t want to argue or make a big scene. We definitely won’t be back! The outside seating was also dirty and trash on the ground. We like trying new places but we definitely weren’t happy with the food or customer service ! I would give zero stars if I could!

Great customer service. They greet you when you walk in the door. They are meticulous at putting the ingredients on the pizza not just throwing it together. They make sure all your needs are taken care of. Food is Spot On! Great custom pizza and atmosphere. Recommend this place if you are in the mood for pizza!

I’ve been to Grimaldi’s in Grapevine and I liked it but I didn’t expect better than that. Oh my wow…Blaze knocks it out of the park. The crust…the crust is magical. Perfect amount of chewy and crusty with some crispy edges. So delicious!
Let me tell you, I’m a person who normally doesn’t even eat all my crust because mostly they are bland and dry. Not the case here. I couldn’t help but eat every last bite.
Do yourself a favor and go get this pizza.
The best thing is you can top it any way you like! The options are limitless.

Really excellent pizza!! Watching it get made throughout the whole process is really neat!! Loved the atmosphere and concept of this place. Best pizza I have had quite some time. Really nice menu options and a great selection of toppings and sauces. We will definitely be back for more!!

Blaze is a great place for some really good and unique pizza. They have a bunch of toppings, cheese and sauces you can put on your pizza. They also have bread sticks, and a couple of desserts and salads. I go here a lot when I do want something fresh and different in my pizza armory.
