We’ve been to Blaze Pizza in Niles a couple of times now whenever we’re visiting family in Chicago, and it’s always so, so good! We love a good pizza, and this place never disappoints. The best part is being able to pick from so many different toppings and ingredients that you don’t usually find at a typical pizza spot—it makes every pizza unique and delicious. The staff has always been super friendly, and the pizzas come out just right every time. Even our picky family members were impressed! We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town.

I have only come here once, and that time was great! We all built our own pizzas with drinks and cheesy bread! All of the food was amazing, and I totally recommend. The people working were a little gruff, but the food made up for it. It is a little loud, like most pizzerias. The style of the restaurant looked like the average Chipotle. In fact, the restaurant itself seems to be built off of Chipotle, which is amazing and I love it. Though I have only been here once, I do need to come back.

The pizza was quite good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would normally have rated this place four stars but I’m comparing it to itself a few years ago. I’ve come here for a while and I order something vegan and my mom always gets a simple pie and she asks for extra cheese. In the past that has been no problem but this time they very carefully measured the cheese and then told her she can’t get more cheese with the simple pie, she needs to pay for the one topping. It’s totally fine and we paid for the extra cheese, but I do feel like having to pay more for less food drops the rating a bit. Still very good food and great vegan options.

We called in earlier in the day just to see if they could accommodate a group 15 boys for pizza right after a birthday party at Altitude nearby. When we got there, they had decorated an area for us with signs and balloons for no extra charge. Much appreciated!

I recently visited Blaze Pizza. The food was good, and the service was decent, but unfortunately, one thing completely overshadowed the experience. A staff member kept loudly screaming customers’ names every few minutes. The volume was unnecessary, and in the small space, it was extremely disruptive.
Honestly, it’s hard to focus on the food or service when the constant screaming makes the place feel chaotic and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this issue, because otherwise the dining experience suffers.
