We come here all the time and it never misses. The staff is always friendly, the pizza is consistently good, and it’s one of the few places my picky kids are always happy to eat. Solid spot, great service, and always a good experience. Definitely one of our go-to places.

We stopped in for a late lunch yesterday, and it was a great experience. All of the staff are very nice and pleasant. The pizza is good, and they are thin crust. The cheesy bread is also good and the salads are fresh. Everything is made right in front of you. The food takes only a few minutes to prepare, and you are eating maybe 5 minutes after you sit down. It’s is a great place to stop for a quick lunch or dinner.

You can tell the management here is top notch by how everything runs here at the restaurant. Restrooms spotless every time I come in. Team works together flawlessly. They have a great system here. Was greeted by April with a beautiful smile and welcome. Pizza was cooked to perfection. Special Thank You to whoever hired the morning female manager with the black hair. I love this place. I was here visiting family and had never heard of Blaze Pizza. I saw on Google that Blaze has a decent rating and the restaurant was close to where we were hanging out, so I decided to place a pickup order online. I ordered a large pepperoni and sausage, a large pepperoni and double cheese, a small gluten free mushroom, and cheese bread.
The restaurant seemed clean. My order was as ready when it was supposed to be. The staff was welcoming. When I got back to my family all of the food was still hot. The flavors were good (I tried all four items that I bought).
Upon looking at my receipt I noticed that I’d been charge a 15% tip which I didn’t know about and certainly didn’t authorize. I tip very well for good service when I dine in, and I am generous with delivery drivers, but I generally don’t tip if I’m picking up my order. I was shocked that a 15% tip would be added to an online order without the consent of the customer. At no point in the online ordering process was the addition of a tip noted.
I called the store for more than 20 minutes but no one answered. I made a complaint online.
The next day I received both an email and a phone call from a manager. They seemed to sincerely want to know what had gone wrong on their end. They were apologetic and compensated for their mistake.
Blaze Pizza certainly needs to address a couple of issues. First, no more automatically charging online customers a 15% tip that they did not initiate. Second, answer your phone.
BUT, I was impressed with their follow up. They won me back with their customer service. I’ll give them another try.

On January 2nd I ordered the 5 for $35 deal. I arrived on location and picked up my order. This was likely my 5th time ordering and had previous bad experiences with this location but I continue to give them an opportunity for redemption because management would do their best to make the situations right. When I arrive I had to wait about 10min before my order was handed to me. Everything was bundled up and given to me to take home, and I made sure to ask that everything I ordered was handed to me and the employee said yes. When I get home I opened my pizzas and for the first time they got the Pizzas right! I was shocked! My wife then tells me the bad news, my meat ball side dish was missing.. I had such high hopes this round and every bit of hope was shattered soon after. I called the restaurant and was put on hold indefinitely waiting to speak to the manager. After 15min+ I gave up waiting and hung and called back. The same employee that answered the first time answered again. This time she immediately put the “manager” on the phone and the solution she gave me was to return to the restaurant for the side dish. Idk if any of you have tried your Blaze Pizza after it’s been sitting for more than 5-10min but it gets insanely cold, insanely quick and the quality diminishes every minute that passes, so I was not about to leave my house again to correct an issue that I did not cause myself and then waste the food I did get and paid for. I then got a Blaze survey and filled it out in hopes corporate would see it and right these wrongs, but no one contacted me ever and the money was wasted. After the number of times I’ve been wronged with this place I have made the decision to not return and spend my money there. Blaze needs to sharpen up or I just don’t see the future of this business being very bright.

Food is very tasty. Very young staff and it shows, they like to rush you through the line. One lady that works the floor is by far the nicest person on their entire staff, she cleans the tables and runs food…if you’ve ever been there you knkw who she is.
