Tried Blaze Pizza for the first time and had a great experience.
I ordered the Take Two, which lets you pick two menu items. I went with a Caesar salad and a half Herbivore pizza with hot honey, and it was the perfect combo for a light meal. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and it was fun watching them build the pizza right in front of me before it went into the wood-fired oven.
The service was friendly and the process was quick and easy, similar to a Chipotle-style setup but for pizza and salads. I ate inside and the atmosphere was relaxed with great music playing, which made the whole experience even better.
Great spot if you want something quick, customizable, and satisfying for one person. I’ll definitely be back.

Blaze pizza at USF is a great joint to grab a meal. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff are great and take the time to explain how it all works. Met the manager and GM Thomas, and you can tell he is respected among his staff. Everything I tried met my expectations.

A wonderful place to get pizza the way you want it! Great for people who have allergies and for people who want to be a bit more healthy. The crust is thin and I don’t really care for a thin crust, but this was delicious. I will be going back soon. Oh and I forgot to say that the price is very reasonable. Very satisfied
