Today I had a very disappointing experience at Blaze Pizza.
From the moment I walked in, I noticed an unprofessional work environment. Most of the staff were distracted, laughing, and chatting among themselves instead of paying attention to the business or the customers.
The only employee who was actually working seriously and responsibly was a young Black employee (I apologize for describing him this way, but unfortunately I didn’t catch his name). It was very clear he was the only one taking his job seriously while the rest of the team acted like they were just hanging out.
The worst part happened when one of the employees (a white girl with short hair, wearing a black shirt) decided to go to the bathroom along with other girls who didn’t even seem to be employees. This happened right after one of those friends sprayed a customer on the back with a party spray, apparently as a joke or to mock them. That behavior was completely inappropriate and disrespectful.
As a result of this lack of attention and supervision, my pizza came out burnt.
I’m attaching photos where you can clearly see the bottom is blackened and carbonized in multiple areas. This is not just a “well-done crust”, it is clearly burnt due to negligence.
I have been to Blaze before and I know they can do better, but this time the experience was negative in terms of service, professionalism, and food quality.
I truly hope management reviews what happened and takes action, because this type of behavior seriously affects the reputation of the business.
I do not recommend this location if the staff continues acting this way.

I always buy the cauliflower crust and with the amazing ingredients always get it right.
The ambience is very cozy and the staff is very polite and helpful.

Can I say that this place is my new go to for personalized pizza. You can’t mess up an order if thats what you want on your pizza right? I also encourage adding the hot honey as a finisher topping once your pizza is out of the oven. So good!! Definitely recommend. For the price you can’t lose.

Cecelia is the reason I am writing this five star review, even after eating here so many times. We appreciated how she was the only one who warmly greeted as we walked in. She offered us the nutrition information because she heard us talking about the calories/ protein. She smiled while she made our pizzas. Even though it’s just pizza, her positive aura was noticeable. Thanks for the great customer service <3

Absolutely, Love ❤️ this pizza place. They offer regular crust, high rise crust, and my favorite Cauliflower or Keto crust… for a little extra cost of course, but worth it and reasonable.
They have a set menu to choose your pizza from BUT my personal favorite is “Build Your Own” pizza, whereby you don’t pay extra for toppings and can set the pizza up with “ALL the fixings,” such as multiple proteins, veggies, etc.
All the pizza is oven fired and taste Great with finishing sauces added if you choose to do so, like balsamic glaze, arugula, olive oil, etc.
Price may seem a little high for a pizza BUT it’s larger than a personal pizza and good to share if you are not two really hungry adults.
Custom make your pizza at Blaze it’s worth it or Enjoy a reasonably sized side salad or perhaps Meatballs from their sides menu. Whatever you choose…ENJOY!!
