The best pizzas in Gainesville. Making your own pizza is a great experience and then that being accompanied by great flavor makes this the perfect place to go. Especially with friends to have a fun time trying new pizza combinations. Bacon, parmesan, arugula, honey and balsamic was a perfect combination and then mushrooms and pepperoni with honey was also a 10/10. The cinnamon bread was also very good

We stopped and ordered 2 pizzas to go. Drove a hour only to find burnt rubbery pizza. Failure for not checking our finished product before departing. Failure on Blaze for boxing it. Having family pizza businesses in the past i believe in customer satisfaction and quality control by the resturant. Wasted our time and money. Teach your employees to get off cell phones and pay attention to what’s in the oven. Not difficult to provide a proper pizza.

I am lactose intolerant, and they have the ingredients to build a lactose-free pizza, so I went there and had my first pizza since 2018! Delicious! Lots of delicious toppings. The crust was super thin, nice and crispy.
The restaurant is kind of like Subway — you start by choosing the crust, and move along the counter with the pizza, choosing the ingredients you want. If you are eating in, they will bring the pizza to your table. The dining area is also somewhat like Subway.
There were 2 fundraisers the night we went, so there was a fairly long line, but it moved quickly.

Absolutely love this place. Every time I come I get a BYO pizza and it never disappoints. I try and get something a little different on my pizza and no matter what I get it tastes great. I will keep coming here!

Blaze Pizza never disappoints! The build your own pizza is my favorite! I did try one of their salads for the first time and it was good. Staff is always nice and quick! It’s a monthly go to for me and my family.
