Pizza quality is very inconsistent every time I go there. So employees listen to the customer others just do their own thing. When ordering online the pizza is completely steamed, moist, and floppy from sitting in a closed and sealed box.

It is so nice to be able to go somewhere as a family who has allergies and intolerances and be able to eat. We love that there is gluten-free and dairy free options along with being able to leave out things like nightshades. Walked in and was shocked at the reviews, as it’s a make your own pizza fast food Chipotle style big brand, rated very high in NJ?!?! We didn’t try the pizza because we used the bathroom first & it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since opening – very gross. Went a minute down the road to Corleone’s for the real deal.

I feel like Blaze is like the Chipotle of pizza, and their pizza is best enjoyed hot and crispy.
Pizza isn’t my love language BUT for some reason I like how Blaze pizzas taste. Maybe it’s because their thinner crusts and various options allow you to build whatever flavor profile you want. Plus you can even get the pizza extra crispy which I enjoy.
I like starting with the carnivore toppings as a base and then adding other items.
This time I ordered to go and waited too long to eat it. I didn’t reheat in oven or anything (their box provides helpful directions) and the pizza didn’t taste as good.
For my second visit here, no issues. Just note that they’re in a really busy plaza with a big shared parking lot because of all the other restaurants around.

I ordered pickup order at 8:23pm and the estimated time was 8:41pm I went to pickup at 8:47pm only then the person in billing section saw my order. I was waiting for 30minutes for my order to be ready. They don’t follow any instruction given in the order about drizzle. Very pathetic response from the man who made my order. Didn’t even apologize for his mistake. The only pleasant experience was the food was tastier. He just thrower a bunch of arugula on my pizza in anger since I said it’s been 30minutes. Look at my pizza how it looks…

The pizza is delicious and everything else is great, but there’s so much black dust and burnt ash under the oven. You should know how unhealthy this is. I hope you see this and correct it.
