We were out today and were hoping to stop by somewhere for a casual brunch when we found this little gem of a place. It’s an amazing spot with gourmet burgers and some good coffee and dessert options. The staff are very polite and cheerful. The food was pretty good with large portion sizes and reasonably priced. The ambience was lively and welcoming. Overall a great spot if you’re in the area for some good burgers.

The steak and eggs are very reminiscent of Aunt Meg’s from Twister! The seasoning on the fried chicken is . Holiday decorations are currently up so it’s pretty festive. Highly recommend!

This is a really neat burger place with unique menu options. I love that sides are optional and there is a good variation of options. The servers were so friendly and very quick to refill waters and take our order! It was a very welcoming place. It’s on the smaller side, but definitely worth checking out if you are in the area. They had a lot of fancy beverage options, but unfortunately we didn’t try any of them during this visit. We will have to go back!

I had a lovely dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was cozy, although the space is quite small, so I recommend making a reservation if you plan on having dinner here.
In the winter season, the decorations are beautiful, with a lovely Christmas tree featured prominently. I ordered the kids’ menu and their classic signature burger. Overall, I enjoyed the meal, but I found the patty to be a bit dry.
I would definitely return for another visit!

I had been craving a nice, proper, real meat burger for a couple of weeks. I found this place via google maps and thought: why not? It’s really nice and peaceful and the weather was so nice that we (kiddo and I) sat outside. The food portions are quite big. I ordered the BBQ and Bacon Blaze and it took me back to my grandma’s burgers… delightful. The fries are freshly made and not greasy whatsoever. Even the water tastes good!

What a fantastic find! My husband and I stopped by Blaze Gourmet Burgers on East 5th for date night and were absolutely blown away. I ordered the Blaze burger which was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful – honestly the best burger we’ve had since moving back to Vancouver!
The blaze salad was a revelation – those baby greens with the most delicious dressing and pomegranate seeds made for the perfect fresh complement to the burger. John had the mushroom burger and couldn’t stop raving about how juicy and well-seasoned it was.
The atmosphere was perfect for a casual date night, and the service was friendly and efficient. We’ll definitely be back soon – this is exactly what Vancouver’s burger scene needed! Highly recommend to anyone looking for gourmet burgers done right.

I’ve been to Blaze a few times now, and it never disappoints. The servers are always amazing, the food is delicious, and the Christmas décor gives the whole place such a cozy, relaxing vibe. Plus, their pup-friendly patio is a huge bonus. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Really enjoyed Blaze Gourmet Burgers! The burger was super tasty, juicy, and loaded with fresh toppings. The sweet potato fries were crispy and came with a nice crunchy pickle on the side—such a good combo.
The food looks great when it comes out too, you can tell they care about presentation. My friend had the avocado toast and it looked just as good as it tasted.
Cozy spot, chill vibes, and the staff were really friendly. Perfect place for a casual lunch or dinner in Vancouver. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We went to the Blaze truck in Port Moody and was so thrilled with the food, atmosphere, and service we received. The food was incredible, the Brie and Bacon burger was one of the best I have ever had, and the serving sizes are more than generous. We have a severe gluten allergy and typically food trucks are off limits for us, so imagine how thrilled we were to find that they had a dedicated fryer and took extra steps to ensure as clean a cooking area as possible. The food was outstanding and the menu options for us GF folks was amazing. When our server heard about our GF requirements, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our order, explaining their process completely, even saying to the the other employee in the truck to take special care because of an allergy. We didn’t ask for any of that, he just did it to make us feel good about our order. AND, to top it off he even gave us a complementary piece of GF chocolate cake to try as it is a new item on the menu.
We are now using Blaze to cater our upcoming wedding and cannot be happier that we are.
If you haven’t tried out Blaze, you absolutely need to. Their approach to service and quality is so refreshing in a world where finding both is becoming more and more challenging.
