My family and I came here on a Friday, would say it was a little bit empty for a Friday night. Nonetheless, the food was amazing, and our favorites were the Paneer Tikka Pizza and Butter Chicken Pizza. A good thin crust, not too heavy on the sauces and toppings, and overall a good balance of flavors. The Cowboy Burger was also good, but we definitely recommend their Indian-Fusion items.

The atmosphere and beer concept was cool. The food, however… one of the burgers was so well done you couldn’t cut through it with the side of a fork. The mini pretzel with beer cheese was more like a pretzel with a liquid that looks like what an individual Mac and cheese looks like if you dumped the powdered cheese in the water, and gave it a stir. It was so watered down, you couldn’t call it cheese. The goat cheese beet salad wasn’t bad.

11/29/2025, 5:50pm. First and last time here. Walked in, sat at bar, ordered appetizer from a very nice Indian man who I later discovered was his first day on the job. I grab a beer from the self serve and head back to the bar. A short chubby (looked Filipina) lady walks in behind the bar. I ask her “are you the bartender?” She replies “yes”. She didn’t have a name tag so I say “may I have your name please?” She then looks at me like I spit in her face and immediately cops a pissy attitude and exclaims “WHY DO YOU NEED TO KNOW MY NAME!?!” What the heck? I felt very offended. What a super odd reaction for such a basic question. She also failed to pay attention to the televisions in the bar and they had messages displayed and not sports. I asked the new guy to speak to the manager and he tells me SHE is the manager. To the owners: You need to find someone else. As a business owner I have learned to read people very well. This woman should not be representing your business period. If that is the best you can do then I predict this business will close its doors within the next 12 months.

Also, I had the Chicken Alfredo which tasted good but the presentation was horrible at this price point. The chicken was cubed like it came out of a can of soup.

Last but not least, the concept is a self serve beer thing. The glasses are not chilled. Personally, I prefer a bar with a sociable bartender. This place is destined to fail without major change.

I rarely leave scathing reviews but I would avoid this place at all costs.

The food was very good and the service was great, even though it’s very busy. The self-serve beer concept is very innovative, and prices range between $7 and $8 depending on the type of beer.

Promising concept but very poor execution, especially if you’re into beers. One of the beer taps was labeled as double IPA but served a sour. Upon complaining to the staff they said “We’ll let the management know”. The second time as I was pouring another beer the keg ran out and it got mostly foam. Again, upon complaining to staff they said they’ll take off $2 from the original price of $7. I told them this is not beer just foam but they didn’t know what to do. And I was charged for both the beers.

Then, I had to seek the staff and remind the 3 times to switch on the outdoor heater and after waiting for 45 min we were finally told that the heater was broken.

Very disappointing experience with the mislabeled taps and incompetent and completely clueless staff. Will never visit this or any of its branches again.

Visited Blast & Brew recently.
Service was a bit slow — it took some time for someone to approach us, so I’d rate the service 3/5.
We ordered the Mumbai Street Tacos and Tikka Tikka Tacos — the flavors were good, but nothing too special. The Guava Mule was refreshing, and the Olive Garden Sangria was nice and sweet.

Overall, the food was decent but not super tasty. Drinks were better.
I’d give the whole experience 3.5 out of 5.

One of the best places to try Indian fusion cuisine! Their tacos are amazing and the stand out recipe for me is their rasmalai tres leches. You can’t leave without having that! Highly recommended for people of all tastes to try out here!

This place is a haven for your Indian fusion cravings! As a vegetarian, I’m delighted to find a spot that caters to my dietary preferences. Kristine and Shivani, the friendly staff, are always eager to share their recommendations for both beer and food. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive service make for a delightful dining experience.

Their customer service is not the best.
The food is decent.
Update: I was informed that after I left they brought a replacement old-fashioned drink of which I had posted a picture and asked that we share the issues with them before posting about it online.
So, here are a few notes on that:
1. I appreciate that they read reviews and pay attention to them.
2. We did raise the issue about the drink and were initially ignored.
3. A big part of the issue was that two of drinks came out about 40 minutes after we ordered them and after our food.
4. We tried ordering additional items at 5:59 and were told the system would not allow more happy hour orders.
5. The purpose of a happy hour is to draw customers in and provide an experience that’ll make them want to come back even outside the happy hour window. With that in mind, service and quality should be outstanding. The first old-fashioned should have been served with the same quality as the make up drink.

Thanks for making a new drink for my friend.

I love it here for the beer.
The food is good, as long as you are expecting bar food, or a personal pizza and some beer….
Service has always been nice.
Also they have a good beer selection, you can pour yourself whatever amount…2oz, 4oz, 16 oz.
That’s about all I have to say about that…
Oh, did I mention the Beer?
