Blast and brew is very good, the staff seems friendly, full bar, house wines and good brews on tap. The food seems to get better every time I go and full of flavors and not bland. I had heard mix reviews at their opening and stayed away for awhile till they got more established but now I can easily see this becoming a regular spot in my rotation for a good Alfredo pasta, burger or brussel sprouts with blue cheese. Can be a bit pricey for two people with two drinks but the service is kind and the portions are generous and a good place to sit down for an hour or two and catch up with friends or family. Kid friendly, a good spot to watch a game like football and a calm atmosphere with warm decor. And sometimes have live music. I highly recommend it.
The only thing I would say is the Alfredo sauce isn’t always consistent. Sometimes it’s light and very airy and sometimes its VERY dense. So unfortunately it can be a hit or miss depending on your sauce liking.
So if they can hone in on a nice middle ground on the sauce consistency, it would be one of the best… Or perhaps THE best alfredo’s that are out there for the town. Chicken or prawn as a choice, the meats are well flavored and good pasta to meat ratio. The flavor of the prawns was very delish! Thus far, all my visits have been enjoyable.

We had a really bad experience with the lunch food today. We watched as the couple across from us was served a burnt pizza. By the time we had eaten, paid and left, they still had not received a replacement. My lunch smash burger was as thin as paper and misshapen and burnt. My husband’s chicken club had no avocado on it. The manager said sorry and that he would let the chef who prepared it know. That was it. Really we should have left our full plates on the table and walked out, but we waited a long time for our food and we were hungry after 1 PM so we stayed. Something more should have been done for us than just “sorry, I’ll let him know.” When I sent a Facebook message to them directly, I received a laughing emoji and nothing else. Really poor response. So unprofessional.

I’m surprised by some of the 1 star reviews! I went there with my 2 grandchildren today and it was great. Our server Blake was exceptional! Our order came quick, the Baja tacos were delicious. The kids menu pizza was huge, it could have fed 3 children. Kids Mac and Cheese same thing. Big portion. I was surprised that our bill was very reasonable. Atmosphere is like that of a typical sports bar. Lots of screens and a bit noisy especially now with football season going. Overall a really great and affordable good food place.
We came back today and Blake was our server again. He deserves 5 stars for his professionalism and friendliness. The food is seriously great and very reasonable priced!

Stopped in for a quick lunch and draft beer and really enjoyed this place. Atmosphere was cool and the beer choices and food selections were great and as expected for a hip bar and grill. Server and bar tender were kind and engaging. I had a burger and fries and thoroughly enjoyed them. If I had a DD would have tried several more cold drafts. Next time. Will make this a regular stop. Bringing the family this weekend for lunch.

Service was decent. Cocktails were great. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre, especially for the price. I ordered a chicken bowl with vegetables, rice, and teriyaki. Not worth $22, it was akin to a tv dinner. I just didn’t feel the prices were justified compared to the quality of food for my family. Atmosphere is great.

Concert are always a mess. Tickets do not matter. Food is mediocre or worse. Drinks are never the same.
Ordered 3 of the same drink. All came with different amounts of ingredients. Bartenders do not know signature drinks. Sent back two of the drinks because they were missing ingredients, as per the menu. Finally gave up and asked for a water. Waited ten minutes for said water.
They were out of food during dinner rush. Food we did get was not cooked all the way through or missing ingredients.
I presume the owners, skinny white gentleman in a baseball hat with a long sleeve blue shirt on and a heavy set gentleman wearing a me n Ed’s pizza shirt drinking a very large beer, started taking chairs away from our table without saying a word to us. They apparently needed a place to sit right in front of the stage and instead of walking the 5 feet to the empty table, we were closer. We even had someone sat at our table we did not know by I believe a sound guy, but after a bit they removed themselves, only to be sat directly against the wall behind me in a chair. Again empty tables 5 feet away.
Our original waitress was nice however, apparently we were not her table. We figured that out from the quiet argument that happened about 4 feet away from our table with the not original waitress, who wanted it to be known we were her table, not the original waitress’s .
After being pushed out by the owners wanting our chairs and table, the mediocre service and overall chaos, we finally left with our friends that did indeed show up, even if it wasn’t prompt enough for the owners.
Highly recommend if you want to waste money and don’t care if your spot is over taken.
Would not recommend when there are literally better places to go with people who actually know how to take care of customers and do deserve your money.

My family and I had a wonderful experience tonight! The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal together.
Our server, Dani, was great! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire evening. We’ll definitely be coming back and will be asking for Dani again! 🙂

It’s always really nice. Servers are wonderful! But consistently Everytime we go the waiters always try and take our orders twice, or bring us the wrong drinks. And twice we’ve been given appetizers we didn’t order. It doesn’t really bother us though cause the waiters are always super nice about it and catch it as soon as it happens!
Like we were just in today, out main waiter took out order and two different different waiters tried to bring us two different appetizers. Our waiter had the wrong check when she asked if we wanted order appetizers (we already ordered food). And then at the end we got three different items added onto our check that we never had. Management is DEFENITELY the issue if not one but three different waiters are messing up. The waiters are wonderful!

Service was absolutely terrible as far as waiting for food and drinks.
From time we got there to tine we got any service at our table almost and hour…and it was slow there.We brought in a party of 12 and even called in first.
Took forever to get seated.
This did fall on the horrible management.
She obvious did not seem to be concerned
And food was just wasn’t much better.
Drinks were good though…too bad they took forever to get.
