I ordered from Blasian Grill for the first time last night since they moved into their brick-and-mortar location, and I was really impressed. My order was ready incredibly fast. When I got home, I realized the food wasn’t what I had ordered, so I called to explain. The woman I spoke with was extremely pleasant and friendly and immediately offered to remake it.
When I returned, the person who took my order was very apologetic about the mix-up. The chefs remade my food, and it was absolutely exceptional. I left happy and grateful for how well they handled everything. Thank you for going above and beyond with excellent customer service!

Usually, I have really good orders from this place. I just started ordering from here two weeks ago and it was spectacular! So much so that I told a family member and she placed an order but They got it wrong every time. She order steak hibachi they but they sent her chicken(She’s very picky and she doesn’t eat chicken). She order steak again and they will give her a little steak. This last time a few days ago she orders steak hibachi with double rice with instructions for steak cooked WELL DONE and they sent her medium well. They did give a partial refund, but not sure what’s going on. Please paying better attention to the order requests and specific instructions.

Stopped in because we were visiting a nearby venue and was not disappointed! The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! It was a Friday night so there was approximately a 25-30 minute wait, however it was well worth it. Highly recommend and will gladly stop back in when in the area!

Absolutely delicious!! I got the egg yolk sauce and hunny if you like gravy and rice that yolk sauce made everything taste more flavorful. Portions could be better but it’s good baby. Chicken was cooked to perfection!!

The new location on Harrisburg Pike is outstanding. There were a massive amount of people at the Grand Opening, but they cut through getting everyone’s order quick. Sets back off the road with a huge parking lot, which is good because they will need it. The food was 5 star! I ordered everything off the menu I could ever have wanted and probably paid less than half of most Hibachi places. The salmon was seared to perfection, the chicken seared and tender, my wife said he steak of melt in your mouth, the chicken and veggie rolls were rock solid. Definitely will be coming back.

Not a great experience this time ended up waiting 30+min for my food. I Paid an extra 6 and some change for another portion of chicken that I didn’t get, instead I got shorted the portions on my steak & chicken combo, I got 1 portion of chicken spread thin & 1/3 steak. Cost me $24 not including tip.

Blasian makes fantastic hibachi, for the food 10/10 but you guys gotta improve your service. The last few times we’ve gotten food has been rough, either we have to wait well over an hour for our food while six other people show up also waiting for their food, or we get told “you’ll get a text when your order’s ready” and after 45 minutes we go there to see if our food is ready, sure enough it’s been ready for a while and they didn’t text us so now it’s cold.

SHOUT OUT FROM ATLANTA !! The food was GREAT! The place is nice and clean , and the owners super friendly. 10/10 definitely will come back when I’m in the area again, yeah it took 20 min but it’s GOOD QUALITY FOOD , this ain’t no fast food restaurant with junk food LOL

It was just Ok. The meat; we got chicken, shrimp and steak over fried rice which they do give you a decent portion of. Paid $20 for it and both the meat, all 3 of them and the rice lacked in any real flavor and the “yum, yum” sauce was so watered down that when we poured it over our food it basically dissapeared along with its flavor. The people running it were friendly and the food was decent but I personally wouldn’t go back.

Yummmmm!!! Best hibachi I have ever had in Columbus ! The wait was 45 mins on a Friday night but baby was it worth it! I will be coming back! The portions were big and price was spot on! Give it a try you won’t be disappointed!
