I used to hang out here 20 years ago when I lived here, and it was my favorite bar. I am visiting family in town, so I decided to check it out. I’m not disappointed one tiny little bit! The food was good. The service was good. And the updates are very nice.

Stopped in after the pride parade in Chicago for the first time! Our bartender Kim was very friendly and hospitable! Kate came over and started a very pleasant conversation with us. A wonderful experience. Seasoned fries were so good!

Blarney Stone is a good hangout spot with solid pub-style pizza and great service. The staff here are super friendly and always attentive. My only gripe is the location. I wouldn’t bring down my rating for this, but eating outside here is a bit depressing because everything nearby is either closed down or ugly. Inside, it’s what you’d expect from an Irish-American pub.
