Truly an incredibly unique experience full of character, love, charm, and an appreciation for hard work and dedication. The food was excellent, with every single dish coming out perfectly and bursting with flavor. The drinks were the same, and they even created a mocktail delicious and unique enough to rival any regular cocktail. Finally, the service was warm and welcoming, very pleasant and attentive. I can’t wait to return!

Dining at Blanca was an experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere set the tone…elegant, warm, and thoughtfully designed. It’s the kind of space that makes you want to stay a while, with ambient lighting, tasteful décor, and music that adds to the vibe without overwhelming the conversation.

Our first time here and we absolutely loved it! My family frequents Norfolk and we have never been to a restaurant like this in the area. Everything we ate exceeded our expectations and you can tell it’s very fresh. The service was amazing, the vibes of the restaurant itself were great, and the wines were delicious. I have finally found my favorite restaurant after living in the area 2 years! The food was so good I woke up this morning still imagining every delicious moment last night. The visit started with incredibly friendly staff, an original mocktail made by the talented bartender, and warm, fresh focaccia. Both appetizers ordered were superb. My main course, the butternut squash ravioli with Italian sausage…omg…the flavor in each bite…the way it hit on the palette with just the perfect blends of texture, spice and sauce was nothing short of revolutionary. It made me want to stand up and proclaim that I had FINALLY found the love I had been looking for my entire life! Luckily for those around me, I didn’t do that, but I really wanted to. Our entire table was blown away as we ate varying dishes from the ravioli special to the spaghetti limone to the fresh flounder. I’m afraid anyone overhearing our table commenting on the absolutely outstanding orgasmic flavors of our food as we ate might have thought we were under the influence of psychedelics…but we were only under the influence of the exceptional food, wine and mocktails being served from the superb Chef and staff. As if that wasn’t enough, we ended our meal with the chocolate mousse, which was able to give us that one last flavor climax with its perfectly balanced dark yet so satisfying chocolate tones. OMG. MIND BLOWN. Blanca reminds me of food I would find at a high end restaurant in San Francisco or NYC, yet with the friendliness, comfortable ambiance and welcoming energy of a smaller city. Wow. Just Wow. Amazing. I can’t wait to go back. The world is a better place with the food and people of Blanca in it!

The atmosphere is elegant and inviting, although the entrance is a little hidden. The food was really good and presented beautifully. The brie was nice and creamy , the pork chop cooked well and my lasagna was delicious. My only sour note was the BURNT caramel sauce ,when the chef was informed the response was “it’s supposed to be that way” ♀️ the flavor was very off-putting for myself and my companion. It was however taken off the bill, my note to the chef would be to own your mistake and not make excuses.

Love the outside garden, I’m a fan of a limited seasonal menu. Keeps things fresh and interesting.
Drinks were perfection. Appetizers were delicious, and the bread they bring for the table also deserves a mention!

Fantastic experience. My wife and I took our 14-year-old out for a special family meal, and Blanca certainly did not disappoint. We sat at the kitchen bar, and were immediately struck by the warm, relaxed vibe, both aesthetically and in terms of the energy coming from the kitchen. Service was A++, and the food was exquisite. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Ambiance is a 3. Food is a 3. Service is a 4. Appetizers were good: clams and cheese tart (which was really more of a quiche).
Steak was under seasoned, sides were underwhelming, potatoes were not cooked thoroughly, still had that undercooked crunch. Not sure if it was an off night but there are other restaurants we can try for the $$.

Excellent food and service. Small, rotating menu – that’s how you know it’s good! Drinks are all carefully crafted and well-balanced – can’t go wrong with any on the menu. Focaccia bread is outstanding! Ordered meat and cheese boards – very nice as well. Cipolline catanesi and frito misto apps were fantastic – perfectly savory and flavorful! Loved the squash salad as well, bread crumbs and parmesan really made it. Entrees and desserts were all remarkable, coulotte was cooked perfectly, risotto with lamb bolognese was great, and homemade pasta was delicious! Can’t recommend this place enough!
Update 03/2025 – So good, just had to take the in-laws! Can’t go wrong with anything at this place – hot olives, bread, brillat savarin, burrata, Girl From Ipanema and Squad Goals cocktails, fritto misto (partially eaten in photo), pappardelle with lamb bolognese, roasted chicken over polenta, chocolate mousse, and Basque cheesecake all amaing!
