The last time I was at a Blakes restaurant was when I lived in Española, New Mexico back in 1996. My parents took me for the very first time for a hamburger, not just any burger, but a Blakes burger something that was very memorable through Roswell today, I saw the big Blakes sign and instantly remember how delicious it was and still to this day. It still has the same quality and flavor I remember thank you for bringing back. Good memories. I will definitely stop here again when I am in the area again. I had the lota burger and chili con carne and it was 10 out of 10

Let me tell ya, this was a huge disappointment. “Lota burger”, you would think the burgers would be big, or at least they would have more than 2 different types of burgers to choose from. That was just a step up from a smash burger. The fries tasted of straight oil, and the chili cheese fries were covered in beans and onions. . The soda machines are the all in one versions, which are proven to hold so much bacteria. From the conditions of the bathrooms and dirty dining tables, I have zero confidence they clean the soda machine properly. The only pleasant thing about this experience was the guy that took our order. Def not worth the $$.

I ordered the New Mexico style green chili burger, and it has lots of flavor, and the green chili was not too hot. The seasoned fries were delicious. The soda machine could use an adjustment to taste more like soda, it tastes like water that was flavored like soda with little amount of fizz. The restaurant was clean.

Very nice and clean restaurant. Franchise owner took our order and was very nice. However servers forgot my peach shake and acted perturbed that I asked for the shake later. Then the girl just put on the counter and walked off, didn’t even walk it to our table, and there was no one else in the store. Seasoned fries are great, but the soda machine tasted off as well as the peach shake. Ordered the breakfast sandwich, chicken strips and an It’s A Burger. Not really what I remember from back in the day when eating Burger Time burgers also.

As a Texan we love our whataburger and for many it’s #1 choice when it comes to fast food burgers. I was so impressed with this chain, burgers were fresh, tasty, big, juicy, and if I had to guess the meat is made to order and it was like making them at your own house! I wish we had them in Texas is all I have to say!! Locations were easy to get to, the staff were nice and service was fast. Cant wait to visit them again.

Went through the drive thru on 2.7.26 around 630ish dont remember the exact time . I wanted a lota burger mayo instead of mustard and no tomatoes due to a food allergy. I guess it’s my fault I should’ve double checked my order I get home and had tomatoes!

I am shocked! I thought all Lotaburgers were the same, But I was wrong. This Lotaburger is amazing! Burger-10, fresh fries-10, strawberry shake-10, and my food came out through the drive thru faster than McDonald’s haha. Ya’ll need to come teach them down in Albuquerque.

Normally when a customer orders a BREAKFAST burrito I believe your menu says comes with eggs, past 3 times I’ve been to roswell location I haven’t found egg 1 in any 3 of the bacon burritos I have ordered, it seems to me maybe this location should take the time to babysit there employees and try making sure that when the customer decides to eat at this establishment, the emplyees are compitant enough to know what comes in the order already described on you own menu

Update: After my last experience two years ago with rude employees, and raw meat I was sceptical to return. But I am happy to say this establishment has made improvements and the employees was very friendly and the food was delicious it must be the new manager great job Blake’s thank you for serving our community.
