I came this morning around 11:30 for a breakfast burrito and the first thing I noticed was how good the burgers looked, luckily for me I was too late for breakfast. The ladies working there put your burger together with care. Even the pricey places in town just throw all the pickles in a pile so that you have to take off the bun and spread them out yourself. Not these gals, they spread them out so that your burger is ready to eat right out of the wrapper. The fries were also perfectly crispy. I’d highly recommend giving this crew a raise to keep them around. They are putting in a lot more effort than other lotaburger crews I’ve had experience with. That kind of service and care keeps customers coming back.

EMPLOYEES CAN LOSE THEIR JOBS IF YOU TIP THEM!?! They’re work so hard and deserve gratitude. Many times they’re understaffed doing the job of multiple people and they can’t receive tips!?! While the corporate jokes are over there going on lavish vacations and the employees that make the machine run are scraping to feed their families. I just lost all respect for the company I grew up loving. The girl behind the counter all by herself gets 5 stars! The people she decided she wasn’t worthy of someone’s gratitude-5 stars

Much like the Southside Lota Burger, these people just can’t get it right. Not to mention they don’t sell “meals” any more. Everything is charged out singular. Making the meal almost double what it used to be. Cashier was clueless and not attentive to what we ordered, and the inexperience at the grill was disappointing resulting in cold food and a wrong order. Won’t be going to this location again either.
We’ve already been through the whole, here’s our number so we can work this out. Just a bunch of automated bs. Do better.

I really appreciated this place. Yes, their food is great… had a hamburger and fries… yummy. But… our van had troubles (flat tire) and there is a little park by this place… so we not only ate lunch here… we spent some time changing a flat tire… getting dirty… and cleaning up in their restroom… and yes, we cleaned up our mess in the restroom.
The little park was a huge plus… and nice place to eat outdoors and enjoy ourselves!

This location has an excellent seating area. Green Chile Cheeseburgers are awesome. This location is even bunny friendly.

I really like their burgers. Delicious, great bun, the green chiles really make it special! Also noteworthy is the incredible gigantic trees and picnic area located in the parking lot; by far the most beautiful outdoor seating of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced.
