We want to thank Wendy, Marge, Steven and the rest of the staff. They are the bestest ever! Such great customer service and now friends! We’ve been coming here for 18 plus years on an almost daily basis. The burritos are fabulous! Marge knows how much water I want in my oatmeal! Yummy. And of course we love the Lota Burger Combos! I can’t believe that I waited in line and the cars behind me in the drive through ended up getting their food before me when I was on my way to this location , placing the order on the phone. I guess it’s not worth it to play The Order over the phone.Because obviously it was a waste of time and a setback. I was late to work because of it.

**It was my first time. The food was very delicious, but I only ate half of it because I got very upset. I was never rude to them, but I couldn’t eat. I left all the food on the table. You can check the cameras on Monday, January 19 at 8:10 in the morning. I do not recommend this place because they treated me very badly.
The person who was charging spoke to me in a racist tone, yelled at me, and I told him to lower his voice and speak to me respectfully because I arrived very kindly and said good morning, how are you, and he never answered me. I told him I wanted a burrito and he answered me in a very bad attitude. I asked if someone else could help me, and then a short Hispanic woman, a little heavyset, came over and treated me the same way.
Honestly, I do not recommend the service. They act like they are doing you a favor, when they should value their customers because they live off all of us. I am very sorry, but I will not be coming back.**

I was really craving a green chili burger so I decided to head over to Blake’s. went through the drive thru and ordered a lotta burger with CHEESE and GREEN CHILI. once we got our order it came to be incredibly poor handled and WRONG. only had pickles and the meat.. we decided to go back, this time go in by foot and was met with a bitter old man. he was so disrespectful when we tried to explain our order was wrong, he told us he wasn’t gonna remake our burgers and that he could just up charge and give us cheese and green-chili. how frustrating.. let me note that my burger didn’t even have the basics it’s supposed to come with like lettuce and tomato but again this old man was insisting that he knows the lady told us they were out of lettuce. if that was the case and she did tell us that, we would’ve never ended up ordering. hence that happened we ended up just requesting a refund because there was no resolution to our problem here. when my girlfriend went to get the receipt from the car the old man dogged her all the way until she was out of the store then walked away and started running his mouth about “how are we going to complain about our order but not have the receipt”. got our refund in the end because we DID have our receipt but i am super disappointed in Blake’s.

This is a place to come if you want bad service. The lady at the drive thru window was rude. But the food was real GOOD. (Blake’s you need to train your people better. If they don’t want to work, replace them with people who really want to be there and help the customers. )

Burrito was hot, eggs were not over cooked, cheese was melted, overall solid burrito except the red sauce is more on the mild side. The coffee was a disaster. It was barely over room temperature. Just tell me you’re out of coffee next time. For perspective, my toddlers baths are hotter than the coffee I got this morning…
