Came in yesterday at around 8:30. Stood at the front for about a minute and was only acknowledged by the cooks. The young lady cooking turned around and rushed to help. She was incredibly sweet and apologized for the wait. I didn’t quite catch her name but she had some purple in her hair. Food and customer service was wonderful- thanks to the cooks!

Food is good. Services bad. You put in an order online hoping it’ll be ready for you when you get there and you sit in the car in a parking lot waiting and 20 minutes later they still haven’t even made your order. Pretty bad management. There have been 10 people that came after me and have already received their food and I’m still waiting almost 30 minutes later. Might as well just order your food and wait the 20 minutes that you would have to wait for them to make it instead of trying to order it sooner and wait longer.

I was looking forward to having lunch with my mother, and sadly our lunch was so messy and frustrating. At first tbe customer service was bad, I didn’t pay it any mind. Cashier was rude and waited at least 10 mins for them open the drive thru window. . As we were eating our burgers. There was soo so much mustard and they gave us no napkins…sadly the hard earned money went down the drain. Thanks . Trying to call the store, but no one is answering

First customer service ever there’s no cars no line there was only one car in front of me and one car waiting for their food. I was the third car. I waited a full 30 minutes just to get up to the speaker at the speaker waited another 20 minutes never got my order so I parked went inside there 5 people working. I don’t understand the wait they were not busy I waited at the counter for 10 min

Their menu is half “down” and none of the staff even cares that they’re advertising for amazon. This really is just sad.

Had the worst experience on 09/05/2025 at around 11:45 am. Had an online order. Waited at the drive through speaker for twenty minutes. Finally pull around and the dude working the drive through window needs help! A younger guy with a beard. He hands me my order and tells me the cost. I tell him I ordered it online and it’s already paid for. This dude says I don’t control online orders and tells me the cost again. I again tell him I already paid for it online he was like again I don’t control online orders. At this point he’s not making any sense. I tell him I already paid for it online I don’t know what you’re talking about. This dude was like well you have the order in your hand you can drive off but I don’t control online orders or you can speak to my manger. I would have drove off but I still had not gotten my drink. I again tell him what are you talking about my order is paid for. This dude literally throws a fit yells and was like I can’t!! Walks away from the window. The older manger walks over and asks what’s going on. I explained what was going on and the worker was not in the right screen. She was like yeah it’s paid for and he was in the wrong screen, then hands me my drink. After more explanation of the situation I drive off, to notice they forgot my fries!!! Had to drive back and wait another 15 minutes. Ridiculous. And to the drive through worker get some help clown

It’s so nice when you pull up to a drive through and you hear the young lady say, “Would you like a free coffee today?” THAT in itself encouraged me to do this review. YES, They do have a free coffee Wednesday promotion– But for them to actually O f f e r it to you– I think is kinda nice. Oh and placed a phone order and it was ready on time too! Good xp today
