We pulled up at the last minute; they close at 6:00. They cheerfully said we would help them meet their goal. They made 4 Itsaburgers with excellent veggies & fries.

Had lovely staff so very accommodating in answering all our questions about breakfast burritos and even went as far as to recommend some places nearby that were still serving burritos. But we decided to have some green chili lotos. We were greeted with a smile on walk up and a merry Christmas after picking up our meals.

I had been waiting over 20 min in their parking lot to pick up my online order. I needed to take my kids to school and one worker who said she is the GM was leaning over my food texting while the other worker was preparing it. I explained I needed to leave and asked to cancel my order and she started yelling at me while he packaged it up. She insisted I take the food either way so she didnt have to throw it away and I needed to cancel on my end. It was a very strange experience.. Of course its impossible to talk to like an actual human on Blakes phone system. Never again. Truly such a waste of time and money.

Literally go to any other Blake’s. Or not Blake’s at all. I work close to here and have been here a lot over the last year. They consistently get my order wrong or leave out items and it’s not even difficult. The other day I stood at the window to order, no other cars around or people waiting for food. I waited for at least 3-5 minutes while two workers just stood there talking and didn’t even acknowledge I was there so I left and went somewhere else. I no longer go here because the service and workers has been so awful and inconsistent.

If you’re lucky, their machine to take card is working or you’re gone need cash. Even then, they won’t have all the change. Stood around for half an hour while everyone else getting their order and they never started my burrito order. Ridiculous. Got a refund.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at this Blake’s Lotaburger location and the entire experience, from food to service to ambience – was EXCELLENT. The food was hot, fresh, and ready quickly, and delicious. The nearby picnic area was artfully groomed, and I was fortunate enough to be able to strike up a conversation with Lawrence who runs this location. He is a true gentleman, a proud operator of this location, and someone with a big heart who deserves your business. I feel blessed to have met them. Give this place a shot whenever you’re nearby, and you won’t be disappointed.

Always in the morning you can stand at window waiting to order and they will just look at you and countue what they are doing. Went there this morning and there was a black lady making the food while on her phone. Then another lady walks in from outside on her phone. Once they also made my food wrong. Ordered sausage and they gave me bacon.
