I placed an order for four burritos total, three with bacon and green chile, and one without meat but withgreen chile. They completely messed up my order and gave me three without bacon and green chile, and one with bacon and green chile. The problem is that the one with bacon just happened to be my husband’s, who CANNOT eat pork. He bit right into it and almost ate bacon.
This is not just an inconvenience it could have been dangerous if someone had a food allergy. When I reached out to customer service, they were no help at all and didn’t seem to care about the seriousness of the mistake. The only thing they offered was two gift cards, which doesn’t even cover the full order and honestly, I don’t plan to eat there again after this experience.
Blake’s needs to take responsibility and ensure their staff are paying attention to orders. This level of carelessness and lack of concern for customers’ health is unacceptable.
I added a picture which includes the burrito clearly labeled #4, which is not supposed to have meat, but it did end up having bacon

I’ve waited 35 minutes for an order and they proceeded to finish the lobbies before they even worked on the drive-thru order. Three cars were waited ahead of me and they were waiting longer and when I got my food The fries weren’t even filled. Everything was cold every worker there had an expression of anger and disappointment. If they don’t like working there, they should choose another line of work

No reciept + jamming the card swiper in my face
Got my food as I was on the way to work, its just a completely different item than what i ordered- I ordered a chicken sandwich, green chile sauce and no pickles, and got a burger I can’t even have because it has pickles and mustard! And the meat was ice cold.
Not a fun experience whatsoever I just wanred my chicken sandwich.

Born and raised in Albuquerque but reside in Texas for the past 25 years, Blake’s Lotaburger is always my go-to when I come home to visit family. The food is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding.
Tonight I placed a large, complicated order with the manager (I believe her name was Nicole), and she was awesome to work with. I have very picky eaters in my family and everything was 100% correct, which almost never happens with a big family order.
This location is the only one I visit when in town. I know I’ll always receive friendly service, smiling faces, and respectful staff every time.
Highly recommend this location—great food and even better service!

I ordered a #1 burrito with chopped green chili and a large seasoned fries. When i got home i opened my burrito to add salt and My burrito hardly had any green chili but maybe a couple of pieces. Not even enough to get some in each bit more like 1 bite. Plus I had to already wait in the drive thru and by the time I got to the window, I was asked to wait even longer for my fries. So I parked. Waited 5 more minutes. When I got my fries they were already cold. Like they have been sitting out not just freshly cooked. The centers were still cold. Im very disappointed with my visit today.

As others have noted it did take some time to receive food but that’s fine. When I did receive it the girl handing me the bag seemed PISSED off handing it to me. I was terrified something had happened to my food.
Got home and my burger is drenched with mustard. this is my first time at a lotaburger so maybe this is how it’s supposed to be? Not sure, but it wasn’t pleasant, fries seemed soggy and old, and overall not much flavor to the food. Couldn’t finish it and threw away.
EDIT:
I did go to another location and NO it isn’t supposed to be drenched in mustard. Also, the fries ARE supposed to be crispy. Lastly, the other place I went to actually gave me medium fries. This place had the audacity to give me soggy AND small sized fries. Change my review from 1 star to 0 stars. smh.

We picked this restaurant because it was within walking distance of our hotel. We were not disappointed. Burgers were fresh and so were the onion rings and seasoned fries. We also ordered the pumpkin pie milkshake which was their featured shake. It tasted just like pumpkin pie and even had pieces of pie crust in it. Yum! We plan on stopping in again to try their breakfast burritos before we leave Albuquerque.

I called in an order and I live 5 minutes away. I was already on my way and when I got there, it was ready. 5 minute? When I asked about the shake, she went to the back to get it. Both burgers had NO MUSTARD or KETCHUP , a small piece of wilted lettuce and a few onions. One burger was dry and the bun was hard and stale tasting and the other burger was so greasy and not to mention the shake, it was pure liquid. This meal wasn’t prepared when I called it in. They were left overs that had been sitting there. We noticed that all of the employees acted like they didn’t want to be there. These Lotaburgers have gone down hill since Blake Chandler sold them. I will never return to any store. I called the corporate office and store and left a message and I don’t want a reply here from your office with a number to call because I already did. The owners and employees need to take pride in their work.

My girlfriend and I wanted Blake’s and this location is usually one of the better ones to go to. I ordered online and we got there in the suggested window. We pulled up and the folks working there were laughing and seeming to be having a good day. They asked for my name and I told them. Then one of them asked me, “What no McDonald’s today?” I looked at my girlfriend to see if she heard the same thing that I had. She did, but neither of us understood the joke. We got our food and drove home. The pictures are from my drink. I had drunk most of it during the drive. We split up the food and I removed the lid from my drink, to eat the ice. That’s when I saw the hairball in my cup. We both stopped eating and I dumped out my cup to make sure that it was a hairball and not a cockroach. We threw everything away and I called the store. I was sent to voicemail. I looked online and got the corporate number and called it. I was sent to voicemail there as well. No one has called me back and I won’t be going to that location again.

Clean easy access friendly staff quick service. All the facilities seemed fine. My issue is the Lotaburger is is no longer a lot of burger. It is a standard burger with a standard taste profile. In my opinion the special taste has slipped away and the size is definitely slimmed down. I look forward once or twice a year coming to New Mexico and making a stop. Over the last couple years the Lotaburger has changed. They have introduced breakfast burritos and green chili. So maybe I will have to switch over or find another burger joint.
