My experience with this lady she was wearing a red shirt I believe her name was Estrella she was honestly upsetting. She was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone. When I had questions, she acted annoyed instead of offering help. Customer service should make people feel valued, but she did the complete opposite. I hope management addresses this because no customer should be treated that way. If this is not fixed next time I come in I will address this to corporate she is very upsetting

(It’s not just this location) Blakes is no longer the New Mexican tradition that we’ve all loved. It has changed. I haven’t gotten a decent hamburger at Blakes for years. I’ve decided that I will never eat at Blakes ever again. The food is lousy now. This time I got soggy frys, a dry burger with wilted gross lettuce and hardly any condiments. I’ll just stick to the other burger places- McDonald’s, Burger King, Whataburger, 5 guys etc..

I NEVER write reviews for fast food- but last night we got such great service that I have to. We ordered breakfast burritos for dinner and Lexi (or was it Alexis?) seemed so happy to help us. Like – really happy and actually cared if we were satisfied with her service and the food. I just moved to the area and Blake’s is now my go-to, just because of her and the great breakfast burritos.

I had an unpleasant experience during my recent visit. My fries were made incorrectly, and when I politely asked if they could be replaced, the employee responded very rudely. I’ve come to this location a few times but this visit put me off of Blake’s for awhile, the food was soggy from being premade and sitting in a heater and the service is always abysmal. I hope they do better

My wife and I walked up to cashier.. there was a envelope for of money left on the counter.. my wife gave to the cashier… the cashier said it was the lady who just left he name was maria.. she gave to a another worker a man I saw him fold it up and took to back office… he was wearing a red shirt .. i also saw the store manager he was wearing glasses.. it was a lot of money just making sure the man in red shirt walks off with it.. thank you
