A beautiful, clean dining area and food was good. Service was very slow and staff were friendly. Stale hotdog bun but good hotdog. Preparation was needing improvement.
Will go again.

Terrible customer service! I went today at 12:00pm to get myself food before work. I went through the drive thru. The guy was rude, he rolled his eyes. He just didn’t want to be there. Though the food was good and I will always come back. Maybe just get better training on attitude.

The food is great! I love the coffee and orange juice! A more natural creamer would be nice as well as the flour tortillas being warmed or cooked more but other than that Blake’s is great! I highly recommend it!

Review for Blake’s Lotaburger (Atrisco & Central):

Stopped in for a quick lunch and thought I’d grab the “It’s Burger” meal — listed at $8.95. I asked for it New Mexico style (green chile & cheese), swapped mayo for mustard, regular fries, and a Dr. Pepper.

The total? $20.85.

I had to double-check the screen to make sure I didn’t accidentally order burgers for the whole parking lot. A couple of add-ons shouldn’t cost more than the actual meal. That’s not an upgrade — that’s a stickup.

I canceled and drove over to Monte Carlo, where for less money I got a real half-pound burger with fresh-cut fries. Bigger, fresher, and without the highway-robbery pricing.

Since the new owners took over, the name Blakes doesn’t mean anything any longer. Smaller, dry burgers, FROZEN patties dropped directly on to a searing hot griddle, and of course, the breakfast burritos that contain enough salt to meet your weekly allowance for sodium in one breakfast. Go Golden Pride, or even better, Stripes for your breakfast burritos. For burgers, you can’t get much worse.

The reason this place has no customers is because the workers are trying to make this business fail I just drove up and the person that should be taking orders was out in the back smoking cigarettes and got mad because she had to go inside and take an order that’s pathetic I’m never going back

They charge .50 extra for a slice of cheese or a dab of green chili! They don’t warn you about it either.

I go to this Blake’s occasionally and each time I order from here, I always enjoy the workers hard work. They make sure my order is delivered to me on time and the manager there is awesome. She was able to solve my misunderstanding and make sure I was taken care of. Thank you Melody for your amazing service.
