Only did a drive thru order for fries and soda, but it was a five star experience. Ray, the guy who took my order and was working at the window, was so pleasant and professional. How nice to hear a friendly voice with a good attitude before I even saw his face!

Charlene is incredibly incompetent to work register! Every time I order she always gives us problems! 0 customer service skills! She can’t even do basic math! I told her I was paying half with card and half with cash! She told me to figure out what was going on the card and what was being paid with cash! The last time I went I had requested chili on the side since I would be sharing with my toddler. She told me why can’t I just give my toddler Chili’s and to suck it up! Horrible employee

I have not eaten at Blake’s or admittedly many restaurants since the Covid but boy was I disappointed. I ordered a Lota Combo with double meat. I got what I think was an Itsa Combo with bacon which I didn’t want and a single patty and I was charged $12.80! I’m disappointed I got the Itsa Burger and even more disappointed if that actually was a Lota Burger which they charged me for because if it is they have really downsized the burgers. The beef tasted nothing like I remember and was just really below average all the way around. Someone told me recently that Blake’s had gone down hill but I didn’t want to believe it, I guess they were right.
