i have good news. we waited a while to try this place because it was newly remodeled and lots of complaints. today we finally came and all our food was great. hamburgers and fries. the wait was 10 minutes and it wasn’t busy. im guessing if the place was busy, it would be extremely slow… i would give it 5 stars if the service was quicker, drink machines properly maintained, and if the bathrooms had trash bags in the cans. otherwise, solid place for Monday Lunch as long as it’s not busy.

Newly rebuilt location. Wonderful design, decor. Customer service is always friendly. Twin drive-thru ordering lanes. Much improved parking area. Traffic ingress/egress is still difficult due heavy traffic at intersection, combined with train tracks across the street (not recommended for the semi truck driver to stop at). Clean, beautiful seating areas inside and out. NM Style Cheeseburger was overcooked, dry but tasty, seasoned fries were soggy, warm. Waited for food at counter for over 20 minutes. Placed order at 1:10pm and it was not busy. Could be a 5 star location with better training, procedures. No offer to refill large iced tea ordered, provided at time of payment, drank while waiting in lobby for food.

3rd time now I have ordered a breakfast burrito with sausage and bacon and didn’t get any meat at all just an egg, cheese, potato and chili burrito. I was charged extra for my add ons every time. Very disappointed they use to have the best breakfast burritos and now it’s just disappointing. A gave them 3 chances and I’m done, never again.

Wait was 40 minutes today, no ice in machines, tables dirty. My son bit into this bone which was supposed be a chicken tender, I had a frito pie, they told me they only had this much Chile because the rest was for the morning?? So I paid for a bowl of Fritos! Can’t wait til they are back on track!

Ordered lots combo, Lotta combo boubke meat, and two itsa combos. They were all raw and all litsa burgers. Tried to call and was on line for 45 minutes and decided to hang up. Very upset and will never go back to Bosque farms.

Extremely slow and rude service even with an empty restaurant and I was the only one waiting at drive-through window. Sat for over 10 minutes and finished my shake while waiting for a medium French fry order as I watched other orders for vehicles behind me being prepared and sat by the window ready. Drive thru chic needs to be trained in better customer service. She never once acknowledged me to explain absurd wait time for one small order of fries. This location is always slow and mediocre.

No problem with the food, just serious growing pains with grand opening of the new building. 5 cars took 35 minutes, and obvious confusion with the added drive thru. I’d wait awhile until they learn their new system, I’ll check back and re rate soon.

They keep getting worse. This morning I placed an order, went and picked it up and paid for it. They never made my order the whole time I was waiting. Then went in to find out and they said they never got a order, but yet I have a receipt for that order. They had the cook come out and tell me I never called the order in. But yet I have a receipt for my order. While 3 people went outside to smoke a cigarette, and the manager never came to see what was going on. I asked for the manager after 3 times she finally came out. And still nothing got resolved. This is stike 3, I’m going to complain to the corporate office. I used to work for blake’s yrs ago, I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING.

I have placed an online order from this location multiple times during this little league season and after receiving it one of the burritos was always incorrect. The order was always the same and is literally typed out to be made. I am not sure how it can be wrong. The burrito wrapper said RED for red sauce but when my son would go to eat it there was no chile sauce. I didn’t have time to call during district or state competitions but please read the orders that are typed in front of you and double check before you wrap and write.
