Built in 1985, this cute café serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices. I think the town farmers and miners frequents this diner as regulars. Portions are large.

One of the best steak sandwiches i’ve ever had! Cooked just right with fresh tomato, lettuce and onion. The garlic bread hit the spot, toasted just right. I purposely schedule my travel day so I arrive in Lovelock around noon to enjoy my steak sandwich, which only happens once every few years.

Decent café with average food. The place is clean and the service was okay, nothing exceptional but nothing terrible either. Good for a quick bite or casual meal. Wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again, but not a bad option if you’re nearby.

Friendly, good service. Nice atmosphere. Big portions. The chicken fried steak was tough and too thick. Couldn’t chew. Broccoli for vegetable (no choice). Also all out of pies. Close to closing time on Sunday so maybe that’s a forgiven.

Stayed at the adjacent hotel and enjoyed perhaps the best steak sandwich I have ever had. A full 8 oz Ribeye tucked into delicious long hogie style bun. Green beans and salad were very fresh. Service was fantastic and meal was modestly priced. What a pleasant surprise!

Place is outdated. Good was okay. The onion rings were rushed and not deepfired well. They were soggy and supper greasy. Exprnsive for three people was $75 for the type of food.

I stopped here specifically because a friend recommended the chicken fried steak. And… worth it. Hand cubed and breaded. A choice of 4 or 8 ounces. One of the best I’ve had in Nevada, the picture doesn’t do it justice. Great attentive service, standard casino Cafe ambiance.

In my opinion probably the best restaurant in lovelock the best time of day for me time dine in is the mornings for breakfast as you can see it’s exceptional the rancher’s breakfast is my favorite it comes with ham bacon sausage eggs hash browns and biscuits and gravy and for dinner my go to is the country fried steak which tastes great well seasoned mash potatoes here are good as well as there French fires I also recommend trying the fried chicken, very friendly staff here your waitress will take care of you nicely
