It was pretty good bbq. They were out of ribs when I went but it was close to closing so not a big deal. The cole slaw was bland in my opinion but the potato salad was very tasty.
The turkey was delicious and the brisket was pretty good. Might want to specify for lean or fatty brisket, I did not and got the fatty top part.
I did try the banana pudding, no bananas in it at all. It’s basically banana flavored pudding with Nilla wafers on it and a gram crum bottom. Not even whip crème. Not impressed with that at all.
They have two types of sauce and a little fixing bar with jalapeño, onion, pickles, other peppers, bread and some other stuff.
They close at 2pm so watch it. I first went there for dinner and didn’t pay attention to the Google times. My fault.
Oh, free beer on Friday and Saturday. I was there during the week so did not get a chance to partake but sounds good to me.

This is about a 4-5 out of 10 on a BBQ joint scale. Its pricey and they charge you an extra $5 if you order brisket but don’t tell you when you order. Even more of a let down was how salty, overdone, and fatty the brisket is… The green beans are BBQ flavor? I don’t want a plate full of the same flavors. Couldnt eat em. The turkey was a little dry but had better flavor than the brisket. I’d say the pork was probably the best meat on the plate. I had high expectations based on the rating and reviews but this is just disappointing especially the brisket.

This place….hole in the wall! Off the main highway a little bit, but well worth it! Gets busy at noon so if you can get there at 11:30…you’re good!
The brisket was moist and had great flavor. The chicken and turkey was not overcooked like so many BBQ places do.

We had the wet brisket and Turkey it was delicious. The Mac n Cheese is very good with a very light kick and the peach cobbler is also very good!

Passing through town and stopped for gas across the street. Walked over for some sweet tea. After a free sampling of fries we ended up getting food to go. The service was amazing, they packed our food separately to put into our cooler. After a long road trip, it was an amazing dinner. Reheated well and all the flavors were on point. Brisket, Pulled pork, Ribs, Mac n cheese were amazing. We even got peach cobbler and banana pudding, delicious. Only negative is they close at 2pm. When we pass through town again, we will stop again.

Portions are huge! Food was way amazing. We tried multiple bbq places during our 8 days in Texas this week and this was the best!

Great BBQ! My husband and I shared a 1 and 2 meat plate with sliced brisket, ribs and jalapeño sausage. All of them had great flavor and were juicy. Their barbecue sauce and sides are all delicious as well. They give you very generous portions so we had enough to take home and share for dinner. Would definitely recommend!

The service was great and the staff friendly, but I do think the meat could have been better.
It wasn’t bad, just not anything to write home about and not as good as Skeets grill in Sweetwater.
Overall, it was good food and for a decent price, and worth going to over some of the other options in the area.
