Well folks. It looks like we a a bit of false advertising from this establishment. I have a coupon flyer which was sent to me from Blackjack in the post. There is an expiry date of 31 Dec 2025 on it (today’s date is 15 Dec 2025) There is a coupon for a pizza and salad for 19.99 USD. This is supposed to feature a 2-topping pizza and regular size salad. When I tried to place an order for this item, the manager said they wouldn’t honour this coupon and quoted a higher price. Needless to say, I am quite disappointed in this behaviour from an establishment which I have favoured heavily in the past.
UPDATE: To be fair I will add to this review. The manager of the Blackjack here in Cheyenne contacted me and decided to honour the coupon. The corporate office in Colorado (which I contacted when this incident occurred) has not responded directly to me. However, they may have contacted the franchise here in Cheyenne and asked that this matter be addressed.

Me and my family got pizza and wings from black jacks today the boneless wings were so rock hard and burnt that no one could eat them and I called and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and the person that delivered it was so unprofessional he walked up with Golf club in his hand I use to love black jacks but it’s really going down hill

This is by far the best pizza we have had since moving to Cheyenne! Excellent sauce, crust and toppings. Price is on high end . I would definitely recommend! We ordered a large full house hand tossed and a large fully loaded square. With delivery fee and tip was around 56.00.

Very good food. Delivery guy was awesome, and very friendly! Pizza isn’t greasy at all. I also had the cinnamon sticks, very delicious!! Plus I love that they sell ice cream! Going to order the Strawberry next time!

Paid $49 for three pizzas, waited 1 hour for delivery… my cauliflower pizza with onion, bell pepper and black olives. Apparently my pizza comes like this manager insisted that I had ordered it that way that I had chose well done online. It does not even give an option for that.

Looove Blackjack Pizza in Cheyenne, the workers are friendly, and, fast. The pizza is yuuuummmy! The pricing is fabulous… I highly recommend.

For vegetarians this is one of the better options for delivered pizzas.
I like getting a two topping large and salad special. Usually I’ll get jalapeño and pineapple. If your wanting a heavier crust the pan pizza satisfies and works well with this combination.
Other times I’ll order a large veggie combo which I like either on a “hand tossed” or sometimes a “cracker” crust.
The pizzas here are good, not great, but are among the top of my second tier choices and much better than the other big name chains which also deliver.
Tip when ordering let them know if you want plates, napkins, plasticware, pepper packs or parmesian. They tend not to bring it of you don’t request it.
Please remember to tip the driver generously. The “delivery fee” does not go to the drivers. This is true of all delivery services.
