It’s true that all it takes is one bad experience. Ordered a pizza online for delivery and it said estimated time of 30 minutes. I waited until 40-45 min after and finally called and explained that I tried to be patient, but wanted to know what was up. The guy I spoke to made a bunch of excuses and even used the word “hell”. I was then informed that it would take 2 HOURS to get the food. I cancelled. Was offered nothing other than a faint sorry that didn’t seem like they were sorry. I ordered from Papa John’s instead. Please be better. And please treat people better when they call. And please update your customers if it’s going to literally switch from 30 min to 2 hours.
Update: this is actually ridiculous. I ordered at 5:30, called the store by 6:20 and canceled. Was called at 7:45, them thinking I still wanted one medium pizza and that it would still be 40 min for it to be delivered??? Are you kidding me? No thanks.

We’ve lived in Fort Collins for nearly 20 years and been loyal to Blackjack for as long as I can remember. The food, service, and delivery time have always been great.
This particular order had a pint of ice cream included. Unfortunately, there was a mishap when prepping the order to leave the store, and the ice cream didn’t make it with the delivery 🙁 Bummer right! Wrong-who should swoop in and save the day, Grahm our delivery driver that’s who! Not only did he apologize profusely, but he took it upon himself to drive to the nearest supermarket to purchase a pint of vanilla Bluebell and bring it back to our house. Stellar customer service!

My delivery order came when it was scheduled to and the driver that delivered it was very professional and friendly. My pizza and garlic sticks came piping hot. The salad I ordered was chilled appropriately, very well made and they were not stingy with the toppings. I have been ordering from Blackjack for many years and I have yet to have a bad experience with any of my deliveries.

Absolutely love this specific Blackjack Pizza! Logan is always so helpful, and remembers frequent customers. The delivery drivers are always prompt, courteous, and actual people who you can tell love their work, instead of ones from other pizza places that are always grumpy and in a rush.
We love getting either the pepperoni passion with cream cheese, or a double pepperoni with cream cheese.
One of the few places you can get an extra large pizza without breaking the bank.
Even their wings are absolutely wonderful, and still affordable.

Coming from all over the country, I would have to say this is the top three pizzas I’ve had in Fort Collins. And as we all know, Fort Collins is not known for its food. But this place, this place should be recognized as one of the top pizza places with great service. Fantastic ingredients And fast delivery I can’t recommend blackjack pizza enough

Yummy Crispy pan pizza. We love the bread sticks with the spicy ranch. Great prices compared to competitors. It was about $27 for a pizza and bread sticks. Will definitely be going back.

Editing to add- gave it another try after the owner apologized and said the coupon is still accepted. The ladies working on Sunday were much friendlier and provided good service. The pizza was good and yes, the coupon got accepted. Can’t let one bad employee ruin the business. I will be back again and hopefully the service continues to be good again.
Poor service, the guy working 6/21/25 was really rude. I use Campus Cash coupons and had one with an expiration date of 8/15/25. When I tried using the BlackJack pizza coupon the guy said “we no longer take those”… it’s still available for use on the app, and the date is still valid.

We needed 150 pizzas for a lake party and boy did they deliver! They called and confirmed my order twice to put me at ease, showed up on time and even boarded a boat to deliver it. Great work team!
