This past Friday my family and I ordered three pizzas. I personally was dying to try the new spud pizza and let me tell you did not disappoint! We also tried the mac & cheese and it was so cheesy and creamy and delicious. If neither of these sound appetizing to you you can never go wrong with a thin crust full house! Thank you blackjack for being a staple in our community and providing awesome food.

My family and I enjoyed an awesome dinner this past weekend! We had pizza, wings and salad. My hubby likes the thin crust, kiddos like traditional pizza and BBQ boneless wings! I love the popper and their salads. The Italian dressing is the bomb! This family owned business works hard to be a positive part of this community and I’m glad they’re here!

Every time we call in for delivery no matter the time of day we get treated with absolute disrespect.
My husband called in a pizza for delivery and the person taking his order (sounded like a female) was rude, aggressive with their tone of voice and acted like my husband was a complete inconvenience for placing a order. I then called back, I was told I needed to hold and heard the phone slam down on the counter I waiting about 5-10 minutes before anyone came back to the phone to addressed that I called. I asked to speak to the GM (was informed that there is no GM at this location) so I asked for the manager, once the manager got on the phone I addressed the issue, I let her know what my husband and I experienced (I was really frustrated at this point) she told me that I had no right to be as upset as I was and she would “try” to address the situation.
We have gone here for many years and blackjack is regularly the pizza we order for parties, family gatherings or even when we are both over the week and don’t feel like cooking. It will now be the last place we order from due to the attitude, disrespect, lack of customer service and all around the management.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. I will never go to these establishment. The lack of customer service is poor and the quality is dissatisfying. Order 6 pizza for a birthday party and all our pizza were not cut or barley cut. Talk to the owner and he didn’t believe it. Well… here are the pictures to show and prove it.

Got MILD boneless wings… WOW! Those were the spiciest “mild” wings my wife and I have ever had. If that’s their mild, then their “hot” must be the temperature of the sun.
Besides the heat, the wings were great and the sauce had a nice taste.

Thanks Jamie for your great customer service and making a killer good pizza! I do work in the area a lot and will be back for lunch again. Surprised the place wasn’t busier, this should be packed daily! It’s a great location and plenty of parking. Handicap spot right in front, handicap accessible entrance, outside seating, as well as plenty of room inside. I forgot to get the girls name that works there, but she was great too! Thanks again!

Worst customer service. Store is dirty. Flies around your food. It took me a extra 20 min to get a refund.seriously health department should be looking at the store. Employees eating , super unprofessional. How in the world they still have a food license ?
