It’s 8:29 on Saturday night 1/26 2026. I placed my order online. After not receiving the order 1 1/2 hours later I try to call. The phone says after hours. I go to the store. The doors are locked. And the employees are staring at me. No way to get a refund, no way to get my order. Unacceptable. Someone needs to contact me immediately and everyone inside the store needs to find a new job.

For the price and the quality, this is the only pizza place worth going. Especially with the launch of the new hit title Mewgenics, brought to you by the bright mind that created The Binding of Isaac, Blackjack is a phenomenal pairing. I took the whole week off and only ordered Blackjack to eat so that I may enjoy as much Mewgenics as possible without distraction. Thank you, Blackjack! And be sure to check out Mewgenics on Steam!

Don’t offer scheduled orders if you’re just going to wait ’til people get there to start making their pizza. This didn’t happen just once; it happens EVERY TIME. Once a month, like clockwork. Whether management/owners know it or not, you’re advertising something you DON’T ACTUALLY OFFER. Stop advertising it or figure out how to have pizza ready on time.

I ordered a pizza, and after more than an hour it still had not arrived. I tried calling the store, but the phone message said I was calling after hours. I called again and reached an employee who told me that my order had already been delivered. Since this was not true, I explained the situation and was told there was no way to track the delivery.
I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on hold, but no one ever returned to the call. Shortly after, a delivery driver arrived with pizza that clearly had a different address on it.
I tried calling the store again and received the same “after hours” recording. Since the message never changed, it appeared that the phone system had been switched to after-hours mode, possibly to avoid customer complaints.
I then drove to the store and told the employee at the counter that I had received the wrong order and that the phones were not working. Her response was simply, “Oh.” I asked to speak with the manager and explained what had happened. He appeared annoyed by my presence. I asked for a refund. He went to the office, came back, and handed me a receipt saying the order was voided. There was no apology or explanation.
I understand that the store may have been very busy due to the holidays, but the lack of communication and basic customer service has led me to decide that I will not order from this location again. I’m sure that’s exactly what they want. Friday Dec 26th at 7pm 2025

My Family and I continue to come to this location although we moved 12 minutes west . That young Man Carlos can make one hell of a Pizza Pie! He took my order last night I expressed my gratitude and he assured me he would personally make my pie , and that kid knocked it out of the park! I appreciate this location very much. Thanks guys !

We ordered the western bacon bbq chicken pizza, and there was little to no bbq sauce on it at all. This location should take notes from the Fort Collins location which always delivers great pizzas.

Update: 1/12/25. On a busy NFL Broncos playoff day and despite an angry irrational customer ahead of me, I was treated to excellent customer service! The manager kept his team calm under pressure they kept reassuring me on my pizza ETA and made the freshest beautiful XL pepperoni pizza! 5 Stars!

I was given the wrong order. Had to back and was basically verbally abused and mistreated by Manager August. Terrible customer service and wrong order, manager made it my fault and was complaining about being busy and stressed. Reporting to corporate. Stay away from this store.
