I go here frequently. It’s right down the road, and they offer decent deals from time to time. I really enjoyed my order this evening. It may have been my best experience yet at this location. I can see the company is actively working on this store to improve its quality. Keep the deals coming and the food the way it was this evening, and my family will continue to use Blackjack as our go to down the road pizza joint!

EDIT: after this review was written and the same complaint was made through the website, the supposed manager Jeffery called me to say that all of the sudden he was sending someone to redeliver the food. He originally stated I had to bring the food back to get it made correctly because he couldn’t “waive” the delivery fee. I declined the remake because of how awful he spoke to me on the phone and I feared the integrity of the food. I need a real manager to call me about this situation.
The delivery took almost an hour and half to get to my house and they delivered burnt, cold food. I called to speak with the manager to make a complaint and was told to bring the food back up there to get it replaced. Why would I want to bring back food that I paid a delivery fee and a tip to the driver? After I explained that is not acceptable, I was hung up on. I called multiple times and was yelled at and hung up on by someone claiming to be a manager named Jeffery. This is worst experience I have ever had with a pizza delivery and I will NEVER order from here again.

Edit. Since this review, we have been back a couple times and they’ve screwed our order up several times, most recently last night.
Order a pizza and wings. The pizza was done, but the wings were not. The pizza sat there getting cold and when they finally called us to get our order, they sent us out the door only to chase us down with the rest of our wings… Again! Definitely a cheesy pizza, but if we had not been right there at the store, that order would’ve been more messed up too. Got home and it was the wrong wings!!!
Sorry, Blackjack! We have tried to be tolerant and forgiving. After a while, it gets to be a habit.

Ordered online, it was delivered by door dash. The food tasted very old. Almost like a freezer burn type taste. Idk old cheese or something. The door dash driver called said they didn’t have our order, I called the store. They were very nice and polite and let me know a different driver had just left and we did get our order ok that part was fine there was just an old weird taste

Do not order from here if you’d like to eat anytime in the near future. My husband continues to order pizza from this place. Each time it is at least 1 hour and 45 minutes until the pizza arrives, never even remotely warm. What is happening? I used to live in a super rural area where we would literally have to order pizza from the next state over- that’s how remote we were. So I’m used to having to wait an hour for delivery. But somehow- living in a major metropolitan suburb- the pizza comes slower here even though I’m ordering it from not just the same state, but the same town. This is wild. Are they carting it here by donkey? Why is the delivery so slow?

Haven’t had blackjack pizza in years it’s 20 minutes from our house. Ordered takeout. When we got home our pizza was still nice and hot after a 20 min car ride home. It was really good. 11/10

Blackjack by my house has the best carry out deals. Amazing pizza and truly delicious spicy ranch. Started buying their pizzas about two years ago and anytime I eat a different kind of pizza. I beat myself up for it because blackjack is the best.

NOT a big order either, one pizza and 3 cans of soda. Over 2½ hours for this.
The first time I called back to check on my order after 90 minutes, the manager tells me that a door-dasher “stole my food”. 45 minutes after that call I finally get my food.
This better be the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life! Doubt it will be, but here’s hoping.

I love blackjack pizza. I think blackjack makes the best pizza.This blackjack location has always been good to me, and I eat here at least once a month. Im Gluten free and Blackjack is the only pizza place that offers a 12″ GF pizza. Its a little expensive but I keep spending my money at Blackjack instead of paying half price at Dominoes up the street so they gotta be doing something right. I seriously love this pizza Joint
