Welcome to Black+Haus Tavern, a local place to gather with friends and family, for fresh flavorful food and drinks. Located in Downtown Parker & Littleton, we are a locally owned restaurant that wanted to create a place that is connected to the neighborhood, and gives a place for locals to enjoy a chef driven kitchen, crafted cocktails and exceptional wines. We are heavily focused on Whiskies and strive to have the best back bar in town. Our menu has a variety of fun appetizers, handhelds and entrees, with a focus on gluten free, vegetarian and just all around tasty food. Looking to host an event or meeting? We have Private Dining space for up to 45 people.

Black+Haus Tavern in Parker absolutely nailed it. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. Valerie in particular went above and beyond. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, she made the whole experience even better.
The food was yummy with impressive flavors. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked, the Asian chicken wrap was packed with flavor, and the Brussels sprouts were roasted to perfection with an addictive taste. Don’t skip the sides—the parmesan fries with the aioli sauce are a must. Crispy, savory, and downright delicious.
Great food, great service, and a place I’d recommend for sure. We’ll definitely be back.

We stopped in for a cocktail after having family pictures made in the park. Parking is convenient and spacious at O’Brien park. We were seated immediately and the cocktail options were great. Our table of 4 ordered 2 mimosas, a smoked old fashioned and an espresso martini. The old fashioned came smoked in a jar with lid until ready to be poured over a slow melt ice ball and garnished with a cherry and orange rind. My husband orders a smoky old fashioned anywhere they’re on the menu and he said this was in the top 5 he’s ever had. They will also provide fresh squeezed orange juice for the mimosa, on the side, so you can mix your perfect mimosa ratio! The espresso martini was perfect! We also ordered the seared ahi tuna appetizer. The presentation was beautiful, it was absolutely delicious and so yummy, I forgot to take a picture before my husband dug in. The couple with us ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that they shared and it came already split for them. Caution: it has some heat to it. The atmosphere is classy with a little swank and on-the-square feel. They offer patio seating as well. Our service was excellent. I will definitely eat here again on another visit to colorado.

I placed a large to-go order for my wife’s birthday for us to enjoy at home. We’ve eat at Black Haus before and know the food is great but I wasn’t sure if they would be able to execute on a large take out order. Well, they nailed it! Everything we ordered was there, the food was hot and delicious and we had a great meal with friends and family at home.

Anthony was our server this time and he was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Consistently good food here at a local resturant downtown. If you are craving a French Dip sandwich, this is the place. Delicious. Also highly recommend the appetizer Cauliflower with Siracha mayo dressing. Not too spicy, but so good. A good addition to that, are the chicken drumsticks. Lastly, the Mango Spicy Margarita is especially refreshing! Yum!

Heard that this place has one of the best burgers in Colorado, and I absolutely agree. Got the black haus burger, which has bacon jam, arugula, cheddar, and garlic ailoi.
Amazing flavor combo, and my burger was cooked perfectly for my temperature order (which I rarely find to be the case in restaurants). The beef was exceptionally flavorful.
Pricey, but totally worth it for a great gourmet burger. The garlic parm fries were great as well for a steak-fry style.

Raymond rocks. I took a very big customer here last week. Food was very special….but it all comes back to our server. Complete winner. Thanks for making a special event. WOW! “Everyone Loves Raymond”….he’s better than the TV show! This IS THE man. And THE place. 🙂

We came here for lunch during the week. It did take the server a few mins to greet us and 3 other groups at the door so not sure you want to come here when in a rush. We started with the crispy cauliflower which were light but flavorful with an aoli that was a bit spicy. We ended up getting the blackened shrimp Caesar salad and the Cuban with the Parmesan fries. We loved the Parmesan fries and the Cuban. I’d highly recommend both. The blackened Caesar wasn’t as good as I expected it to be because I’m very picky about my Caesar dressings. This one wasn’t great. We also tried a few of the mocktails which I’d highly recommend.
