What an amazing experience! Who would have thought that beets and strawberries could not only work together, but be delicious?! It’s hard to recommend just one thing because everything was delicious! The paper plane mixed drink was 5 stars and all of the food was super fresh and locally sourced.

A wonderful gem in quiet Truro, Massachusetts. We discovered this place a few years ago and return every summer. The food is exquisite— delicate, yet robust. The first place I ever tried mussels and they’re the best I’ve ever tasted since. The pork belly is sinful. It yields to your fork and is served with vinegar-dressed cabbage and course mustard. A delight. These folks know what they are doing. Don’t skip the desserts, either. Blackfish still flies under the radar, I haven’t seen too many reviews for it beyond TripAdvisor and other websites, and I’d like to keep it that way.

One of the best meals we have ever had on Cape Cod. Absolutely worth the drive. Make reservations for in advance.

Went for dinner one night and it was so good we came back again a couple of days later for dinner. All the good was amazing. Not a single bad dish on both visits. Lots of great specials each night. If you do go, please get the tuna bolognese. I think its maybe top 3 pasta dishes of my life. Its really that good. We ate it twice. Do not sleep on the desserts. Amazing. This place will be on my list to visit again and again on future trips to the cape. T

Wonderful dinner for 7 at Blackfish. Definitely does not disappoint. Three of our party had the burger which is amazing. I had the special which was hake with peas, carrots, fiddleheads and potatoes. Delicious! Thank you for putting up with our changes from 8 people to 5 to 7.

Loved our “last supper” on the Cape. One of the best meals we have EVER had at any restaurant on the Cape.

We ordered from their “crush pad” which I guess in someone’s mind translates to food truck. They were at Truro Winery. This was a new experience for us ordering from a food truck on line when I can literally see the truck on the other side of the parking lot. I was impressed it worked well and prevented people from clustering at the truck. Maybe helping prevent any spreading of disease or sickness.

To start, we did the first three appetisers on the menu! The watermelon salad was also delicious! Would definitely order the tuna bolognese again. The burger was also good as you are able to add other ingredients to this. Cocktails were also delicious!

Our first time at the restaurant, but we’ve had food from the Truro Vineyard Blackfish food truck on several occasions. We feel fortunate to have such an amazing restaurant so close to our summer home in Truro, with locally sourced foods and a constantly changing menu that demonstrates a mastery of flavors, in a low key, approachable and friendly environment. We will definitely make an effort every year to get a reservation here.

Outstanding food, wine, and service. Blackfish really holds it’s own compared to even the best of the big-city restaurants. The tuna Bolognese with papardelle and the butter poached lobster are in themselves worth a trip to the Cape!
