The fried cheesecake is really tasty and crunchy bread fried cauliflower it was well flavored as well. The fried tofu was also really good. Ramen soup was well flavored. The Caesar salad was good. I only wanted to add salt to one dish, which is probably saying that is overall very well flavored since I am a bit of a salt fiend. My wife got some mocktail that she enjoyed as well. Service was good.

We have a summer home on lake willoughby and we were closing up for the winter. It also happened to be my wife’s birthday so she wanted to venture out of the norm and try something new. She stumbled upon this fantastic establishment and boy were we blown away! The service was exemplary. Staff very attentive and accommodating. The drinks were perfectly crafted. Now the food speaks for itself! The wings were crisp and juicy, the packa bowl had everything going for it. The flavor was off the chart. Chicken confidential might’ve been what cemented this place as a go to every year we visit Vermont. Lastly again the staff and mainly the manager I believe it was, was so genuine and accommodating for my wife’s birthday. I just want to say thank you again and we look forward to coming back every year!

I ate dinner here two nights in a row while staying in Greensboro for a weekend trip to Hill Farmstead. Cocktails & food were excellent. I really enjoyed the tofu/veggie/pesto sandwich the first night. The second night I had the soup of the day which was potato leek and the house salad with tofu on it- also delicious. The atmosphere was great and service was perfect. 100% recommend.

We ate here on the evening of the day of the lunar eclipse. We had two tasty blackened salmon sandwiches and excellent cocktails. The place was fairly busy. We were sat at a small table on the porch, which was fine by us as it was lovely weather.
The host was gregarious, I think she may have been one of the owners.
Service was excellent.
I’d say this is one of the better places we’ve eaten in Vermont. They really know their sh. . . stuff.

Run to Blackbird, and order everything on the menu! After spending a week in Vermont, this small restaurant turned out to be the best we ate at. Amazing dishes across the board with great service and delicious cocktails. I especially loved the kale Caesar with salmon, still thinking about it weeks later, can’t wait to go back.

Incredible hidden gem surrounded by greenery and an aesthetic landscape. The food was crafted perfectly with flavorful locally sourced ingredients. The menu had a really good variety, making it difficult to decide. The service and hospitality was great. When I am in the area again, no question I’d stop here again!

We had a lovely evening meal experience after our afternoon at Bread and Puppet Theater. The cocktails were delicious, well-balanced and interesting. My blue cheese burger was cooked perfectly as were the Korean Bbq wings we had as a starter. All 4 of us we completely pleased with our dishes. Highly recommended!

The food and the atmosphere were fantastic! I got “The Choker,” a grilled cheese with pesto and BBQ tempeh that was out of this world good. Cannot recommend them enough. Also not pictured was my margarita and buffalo wings, which were both delicious. Worth the travel from Johnson, 200%.

Craftsbury is located very ruraly. The owner has done a fantastic job creating a space were locals and tourists feel warmly welcomed. Her never ending repertoire of tasty classy Cocktails are already known and I definitely recommend visiting. Try the “Excuse me Sir!” Home made infusions for cocktails on display at the bar are enticing you to try something new. I will update this as soon as I have a chance for a dinner night out with friends. Very covid safety oriented clean. A porch for out door dining is available and plenty of parking on location.
