A great eatery for the evening especially for the weekend. We didn’t have to wait long for our table but while we waited, we were serviced by the bar. The ambience exuded chill vibes and good vibrations. Our waitress was attentive and easily assisted us on how we should end our evening in terms of beverages & food. Eager to try other items on menu. What a grand ending to our exploration on Main Street.

My daughter and I arrived and were seated at the bar immediately. It’s a cute farmhouse, open kitchen atmosphere with cozy candle light. The menu is approachable with standard ingredients from Italian staples. We ordered the Housemade Burrata, the Cauliflower (not listed in the online menu), and the Tagliatelle. Every dish was heavy with complex sauces often covering the “star” ingredient. The tagliatelle was not packing a huge flavor punch. Overall I felt the menu was overpriced. All that said, the service was excellent, the food was good (not great), and the atmosphere was very quaint.

We went for our Anniversary and we felt stuffed in a dark corner depressing. The appetizer of bread and housemade burrata were our favorites. Very expensive main courses were one note and lacked pizzazz. Spent over 150.00 easily and left hungry for more. Ambiance was nice but the squished feeling was unfortunate.

I ordered the bread and olive oil and the risotto. The risotto tasted like bland baby food. The bread was fantastic, but the dipping oil, tasted like oily chemicals. Kind of lemony but bitter. The almond cake was wonderful. The menu was really lacking as far as variety. I had a hard time deciding what to order.

Ah, the delightful culinary haven that is Blackbird, situated in the charming town of Bozeman. One cannot help but be captivated by the masterful cuisine that graces the palates of its patrons. The dishes, without exception, are of the highest caliber, expertly crafted by the skilled hands of their chefs. I must confess, however, that the bread stands out as a personal favorite of mine. Its enchanting aroma and flavors beckon me with every visit.

My visit to this restaurant was just okay. One thing to note is that if they sit you close to the pizza area, be prepared for constant noise from dishes being washed, which can be quite distracting. It would be wise to request a different seating area for a better dining experience.

Came for dinner and loved every bit of our meals, from the bread to the pizzas! It was definitely the best pizza I’ve ever had before! Highly reccomend if you’re looking for a good Italian spot.

This brick oven pizza spot truly stands out! The aroma of freshly baked pizza fills the air as you step in. Not only were the pizzas divine with their crispy crusts and flavorful toppings, but the salads were also a refreshing delight. And let’s not forget the handmade pasta – it was a true culinary masterpiece. The combination of these offerings, along with the cozy ambiance, made for an unforgettable dining experience. This place has definitely earned a spot among my top favorites!

Went right when they opened and were able to get a table for 5 without a reservation. Everyone got pasta dishes and they were absolutely delicious. They were creative twists on classic Italian dishes and the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente.

One of the best places in Bozeman. The food was delicious as always. Their wait staff and servers are the best. However, I’m not a fan of their new scheme of plating & sending of food as soon as it’s done. I got my pizza very quickly, but my two companions’ dishes were 15 and 20 minutes behind mine. So, I had to decide whether to eat my pizza in front of them while it was hot or wait until their food arrived and eat mine cold. It’s just awkward.
