Social Profile:

Black Tap is the new take on the classic burger joint. Inspired by the old-school luncheonettes we grew up in, Black Tap started as a 16-seat burger restaurant in SoHo. Today, we’re flipping burgers and spinning shakes across the globe in the US, Middle East, Europe, and Asia. Black Tap is all about nostalgia. We’re throwing it back to those days as a kid enjoying a cheeseburger and a milkshake. Fun and familiar. Genuine. Quality. That’s our mission. That and to serve the best burgers, over-the-top CrazyShake™ milkshakes, and a great selection of craft beers, in a setting that harkens back to old-school hip-hop and pop.

Hearty burgers, shakes & sides, including vegan options, in industrial-chic digs with patio seating.

This place is AWESOME. When you first walk in you are greeted by a host/hostess and music you can dance to. Its almost like walking into a club. The vibe is energetic and fun. Ordering food was a breeze. The menu has plenty choose from but not so much that its overwhelming. Seating is pick your own table. Which was easy to find one. The staff was friendly and on point. Now the Food…OMG all the food was soooo good. Juicy burgers, fresh salads, tender chicken, everything was a hit. I do highly recommend eating here. My new favorite burger spot. We need this in Mesa, Az.

We had such a great experience here! The ordering process was super smooth – you place your order first and then you’re seated, which takes away the stress of having to hunt for a table. Once seated, our food was brought right to us, making everything really easy and enjoyable.

We tried the Old Fashioned Burger, the Texan Burger, and the Mexico City Burger. All three were excellent – juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The service was also spot on – friendly, attentive, and quick without feeling rushed.

Overall, great food, great service, and a hassle-free dining process. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in Downtown Disney!

Really enjoyed eating here. The burgers were super good, the fries were fresh, and the shakes were definitely worth it. Service was friendly and the whole place had a fun vibe. Great spot in Downtown Disney when you want something filling and tasty. Would come back for sure.

Food to money ratio isn’t that good.

I had the Wagyu burger and son had the all American.

It was a tasty burger, but maybe in my top 10.

Good Disney atmosphere and music.

Military and First responders discount of 10%. Really appreciated. Rare in Canada, but US just loves their military more.

Fruity pebble shake was diabetes in a glass but good.

When we are in downtown disney, we came across this place to eat. It had very little weight and we were able to get a table right away. I ordered the Wagyu steak burger, and it was very delicious. The servers were very friendly and I would definitely recommend it for a lunch or dinner.

After a long day at Disney we wanted to grab a quick dinner before driving back to SD, and Downtown Disney made the most sense. Many of the other eating establishments had closed their kitchen, but Black Tap was open so we figured we would give it a shot

The menu offers mostly elevated bar food like specialty burgers, wings, snacks, and shakes. Feel free to customize your order, but know that anything extra will be considered a charitable add-on. While this place isn’t “expensive,” the prices aren’t the most affordable, but then you have to remember you’re still pretty much within the Disney bubble, and costs will be higher

The space is intimately lit, and stretches what feels like 3 interconnected restaurants/bars, but they are all part of the same restaurant

You will order at the front and they will give you a number. The staff were all friendly, and we received our meal in a timely manner

Some tips:
The Street Corn Nachos were surprise good. The queso was a different consistency than I’m used to, but the flavors worked well together. I would also recommend grabbing a beer to go with your meal. They have plenty on tap, and since I was visiting from out of town it gave me a good reason to try a local brew. I didn’t get a chance to try one of their shakes, but I saw them come out and they looked absolutely delicious

Cheers!!

My first feed after flying roughly 17hrs from Australia and was not disappointed.

Don’t be fooled by the lineup out front, it moves fast… you order your food first then go get a table and the food will be bought to you.
We were lucky enough to skip then line as we were offered to sit at the bar and we can order direct from there.
The burger I had was amazing and we also had chicken tenders which were cooked amazingly and tasted unreal.
Plenty of beer on tap ranging from local and import

You pre order and pay then you sit down. Felt a little rushed, the cashier was trying to check us out before drinks were ordered. She was kind when we told her if we ordered drinks elsewhere. She said here, joked around and said, you got more money for this ticket. Service was great, American burger seemed small for the price but was delicious and chicken Caesar salad was a good value and great size. It was actually split between two people. 80’s music was great!!!

This is bar food at Downtown Disney. There is a good variety and monster shakes seem to be the specialty. Prices are out of control. I think a shake was over $25!
There are fast at getting you a seat since we had a large party.
This place always seemed busy when we walked by. Overall a good place to grab a meal and kid friendly with a lot of seating.

I got the old fashioned with Chipotle Mayo instead of the horseradish. This thing was amazing! Meat cooked as requested, medium well. The grilled onion and the mushroom have a great taste, all the flavors work really well together. I went with the regular fries, per the cashier’s suggestion. The fries are okay, ill have to try the onion rings and update in the future. They applied the Annual Keyholder Discount. My total without a drink was $21.82. I will be back!
