Black Swan is exactly why food halls are worth exploring. Everything here feels intentional, from the flavors to the execution. You can tell this is food made by people who genuinely care about what they are putting out.
Huge shout out to Tyler, who is a fantastic chef. The food is confident, creative, and balanced. Nothing feels forced or gimmicky, just really thoughtful cooking done right.
And the chinachanga deserves special mention. Chinese flavors wrapped burrito style in an egg roll wrapper is straight up brilliant. Crispy, savory, deeply satisfying, and honestly feels like the future of Asian fusion. One bite and you know this idea has legs.
If you are in the food hall and want something memorable, Black Swan is a must. I will be back for the chinachanga alone, but the whole menu makes it worth the stop

Excellent fresh asian food. Fuel and Iron has so many good options but if you love fresh veggies and homemade eggroll, highly recommend black swan. Delicious.

Absolutely delicious made from scratch Chinese food.
The newly re-opened Black Swan offers some absolutely delicious classics and specials (like my favorite the char siu pork), and the impressive Chinachanga, an egg roll that eclipses Chipotle’s burrito in size!
A fantastic addition to the fuel and Iron line up, I look forward to their future offerings!

Why would you ruin your reputation like this? Quit trying to be hip and bring back the way Jane ran it. The ONE thing Black Swan is known for, fried chicken, is not longer available, lol. Good luck staying open in this town.

They are only doing takeout at this time. No dine in. We got their famous fried chicken, the pork lo mein and shrimp chopsuey with fried rice. Everything was just ok. I honestly did not see the wowness of the fried chicken. Yes, the crust was very good, but the chicken itself was dry. The fries that came with it were decent. The Chinese portion of the food was ok. The lo mein felt a little dry and bland and actually tasted better the next day. The chop suey was surprisingly good. Went well with the friend rice and by itself. All in all, just ok.
I may be the rarity, but I really didn’t see why everyone raves about the fried chicken here.

The food was great! The Mexican male waiter was short on patience and even made a snide remark! Because we asked a question about the menu! Thought about not tipping him, but it’s christmas! They all need to get happier down there! Not the greatest atmosphere!!
