Doordash our black rock coffee when we come to visit. Have always had a great experience. This time our americano arrived with no lid on it so it had spilled all over inside of the bag. Total waste of money and a mess we had to clean up. Why wouldn’t you put a lid on a coffee that is traveling?!

I love stopping here to get a snack and coffee when coming into bend from Redmond. Their coffee is always delicious and perfectly sweet. I have tried a few snacks from them and I love them all. You cat go wrong. Always sweet girls working at the drive thru window as well.

Not my first time here. When I went into the coffee shop the service is slow. Wasn’t greeted or told they would be right with me. They weren’t busy but there was 2 people working and it took 25 minutes for my one drink that day that only took less than 3 minutes to make. I ordered delivery the next time and it seemed a little faster getting my order then. I will go back because the drinks I’ve gotten are good but if the lack of friendliness and wait times continue then I will find somewhere else to go.

I have ordered from this store for years as well as gone in myself to pick up my drinks and noticed recently that there was either a change in sizes or my drinks are consistently made the wrong size. Whenever I order and XL it comes in what used to be the large cup, if I order a large it comes in what used to be a medium cup, however I still pay the exact same price even though the drink is almost 10oz less than what it used to be. Very sad because I love this place but it’s not worth the hassle of paying $8 for a medium latte that’s labeled at a large

Have been going here since it opened and it was actually really good, specifically their nitro cold brew.
11/29/25, ordered two nitro cold brews, a medium and small, no ice, no syrup, cream. They tried to give me, cold brew with ice, a large and medium.

They then had to refund us and charge us again. And they said that they don’t understand what, NO ICE means, they only understand Cold Pour. Lost our business.

Update response:
A nitro cold brew by definition is coffee pour on tap, void of ice.

A cold brew is poured with ice.

Two totally different methods.

No Ice has no other meanings then No Ice.

I am a frequent customer here as are my coworkers. Today a coworker and I walked over and ordered a few drinks. We were given cardboard carriers and made it back to our store before 2 of the carriers broke and 4 drinks were completely ruined. I went back over to get them replaced and was told they could only comp one drink. I explained that it wasn’t our fault and that the carriers were assembled poorly but they said that was all they could do. This was so frustrating due to the fact that many of us go there 3-5 times a week. Not to mention the flies all over and the bug received in our water.

I’m a regular at this location and I LOVE all their drinks and foods, however- if you want any luck getting in and out quickly then it’s only through the drive-through. I am constantly waiting at the counter for 5-10 minutes for someone to take my order. Even when I place a mobile order, it will say “Ready in 5 minutes” and then I don’t get it for 30 minutes. Love the staff and the place but this needs work 🙁

Great service. I love the interior of this location, spacious and modern. I have stopped in to get work done at this location a few times, about half the time the music seems to be blasting. I’m all for loud music but a coffee shop doesn’t seem like the right space. It makes holding a conversation or getting in a work flow difficult (even with my noise canceling headphones). Besides that, definitely one of the best BR locations.

The place my boyfriend and I usually went to changed owners and while their selection is still good, my boyfriend is very particular about his drink. He is a 6ft, muscle man, who is a basic white girl at heart and loves his pumpkin spice chai. We tried Black Rock today and I brought his drink to his work. I let him know I could smell the spice in the car through the stopper. He excitedly told me that his leggings and ugg boots spawned at first sip. Safe to say, we have found a new favorite and will be back.
