This was my first time, and last time at this stand. I usually go to the Gladstone location and the workers are fantastic. Me and my husband went through Sunday morning at the OC stand. The worker came up. (She was heavier set, with long black hair) I said hello, and her response was “what do you want”
seriously? What kind of service is that? She had a look on her face the entire time like she didn’t want to be there.
I get having bad days, but you shouldn’t be talking to customers like that. We won’t be returning.

I’ve been coming to this BR for 10 years and never had any issues, until today. I decided to go up to the walk up window at about 1:38pm, and get a fuel. The drink wasn’t the issue, but the service. The worker was a blonde girl that I’ve never seen before, but I could’ve just missed her in the past. Anyways as I walked up she gave me a very nasty up and down look, and then proceeded to not make eye contact with me the entire interaction. Now I struggle with eye contact as well, so that alone isn’t what bothered me. But as a transgender individual, it was a very clear interaction that she didn’t seem to want to be having. I used to work at a coffee shop so I know the different interactions as such, but it just made me uncomfortable and a bit disappointed because I used to have such great interactions at this location.

Stopped at this location for the first time. I purchased a Caramel Blondie blended which was a real treat! Service was awesome, staff is super friendly and kind. Drive-through was pretty busy but they were making drinks super fast and the line surprisingly moved very quickly!In the BiMart parking lot right next to Wells Fargo Bank.

It’s really good and they keep things moving so it’s pretty fast as well. I’m not sure how anything to eat is but i like pretty much all the drinks. So they probably have good food items as well I just don’t have any experience myself sorry.

I very clearly stated my order and was given something completely different, thankfully I smelled it and it was a Fuel. I only wanted a flavored milk for my child. When I brought it to their attention I was treated like I was in the wrong. The young boy who took my order turned hood back to me and began talking about me rudely. I will never return to this location, do better children.

Possibly the worst blackrock I’ve ever been too. They provide Terrible service, always in a rush to get back to socializing with each other instead of making orders correct. and when they make a drink incorrect, they lie to your face and say it’s they way it’s made. When you ask them to remake it the way you asked, they usually developed an attitude and put minimal effort into the remade drink. I’ve been to at least 8-10 other black rock coffee bars, and I can absolutely tell you that this one is the worst of them all.
If I could rate this place with zero stars, I most definitely would. If HR or corporate reads this, I would highly consider laying these people off, and hire new people who aren’t biased and pick and choose when they want to put in the effort. I myself work in customer service and I provide each and every customer with respect and the best I can do, so that I display fantastic public relation skills and make my company look great. Now I have to travel around 35 minutes to order from a further black rock, or just go to dutch bros for 100% honesty and professional customer service.

I ordered the wild berry or blackberry smoothie. It was great. Although I thing it could taste more natural less sugar more ice like a smoothie. Customer service was okay. The line at this location is always ridiculous long but not on Saturday afternoon. I have tried their coffee drinks and I wasn’t impressed I think I was more tired after drinking it then when I started. Overall it’s a good place to get a cold drink.
