i got the smokey joe and the 1776 iced latte. to be honest, i did want to try something different but i personally did not like my coffee the best. so it’s not their fault, just not my favorite.
the staff was super friendly and they of course offer a military discount.

This review is for the online store and NOT a physical store. I am generally a patient and understanding person, especially for small legitimate businesses but I placed an order for 4 bags of coffee during their Black Friday sale. They have info on their website about 7-10 day delay on shipping due to warehouse changes. I messaged prior to Christmas with no response and finally receive an email from the founder saying orders would be shipping out. I finally received the order January 3 and had one item missing. The packing slip even showed 3 items and not the 4 I ordered. The company charged my account for the 4 items 11/29/25. It is near impossible to contact anyone at this company. Their chat is down and if you call it says they are slammed and reach out by chat or email and then hangs up. I’ve reached out every way I can with no follow up. Even if we like the coffee this experience has changed my view and I will not do business with them again. This was the first thing my son asked for. I should have just gone to another physical store so he would have his gift.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service experience at your Black Rifle Coffee Company location in Niceville, Florida.
On January 4th at approximately 9:00 a.m., my wife and I entered the store and were not greeted or welcomed in any manner. Two employees were present behind the counter, yet no acknowledgment was made upon our arrival. This lack of basic courtesy created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere.
Additionally, when interaction did occur, the employees’ demeanor came across as rude and unfriendly, which further reinforced the feeling that our presence was not appreciated. This experience was disappointing and fell well below the standard of customer service one would reasonably expect.
As a result of this encounter, my wife and I will not be returning to this location. Based on our experience, this did not feel like a welcoming environment, and that is deeply unfortunate.
I am submitting this complaint in hopes that it will be taken seriously and used to address customer service standards at this location.
