Great service! We had the dinner for 2 (32oz prime rib, 2 lobster tails, 2 types of potatoes, and salad bar) and it was fantastic! We ordered our steak rare and it came out perfect! The clam chowder was to die for. We finished up the night with a tasty white dove.

A true hidden gem that has the best prime rib around! Everything about the Black Otter is enjoyable. The bartenders are friendly and don’t skimp on the alcohol. The servers are all knowledgeable and very friendly. Take your time and explore the menu!

Not a bad supper club. The old fashions were not hand muddied but we’re still tasty. Stakes were very good but not great. I wish they had at least light charring. With that they would have been closer to great. The salad bar was very nice. You don’t serve your self but rather tell them what you want on your salad at the salad bar. Much nicer than have 10k people playing with everything. Conclusion: I will be back just not any time really soon.

Anytime family comes from out of state we come here! Anyone that lives within 3 hours of this place knows this is the place to get a steak! The only downfall is theirs not allot of seating area when you get here because you will be waiting for 30-35 min even if you show up when they open! Trust me the food is worth the wait. The salad bar is fresh and staff are friendly.

We’ve gone numerous times, never been disappointed but tonight was extra! Service was amazing and food, as always was excellent! New decor, great drinks, great salad bar! We went to the Black Otter on a recommended of our clerk at Scheels. It was perfect advice! The food and atmosphere were great. The portion size was very generous and pricing was very reasonable. But our waitress, Emma, made our visit even better. She was very efficient and friendly. She took the time to explain how things worked and made sure he we had everything we needed. She was so friendly and took the time to visit with us. Emma was as outstanding as the rest of our experience. We will definetly be back!
