Black Lantern Tavern (BLT) is the place to go if you’re looking for a friendly environment where you feel welcome and cared for. After this historic storm, we needed delicious food, great company, and a comfortable setting. We had dinner at BLT on Thursday 2/26/26 after being stuck with not power, no great food, and in need of socialization with our BLT family. We arrived to a happy, busy community environment where the staff ensured that all visitors were cared for and recognized. We appreciated the fact that the staff were attentive to patrons waiting for bar seats, and establishing a wait system that focused on “who’s next for a seat?” rather than mass chaos to be seated. The staff respect the needs of patrons-regulars and new-comers! We were all there to have a warm meal, enjoy the company of our friends and neighbors, and feel seen and cared for. Thank you BLT for taking care of each and every one of your patrons to ensure a wonderful experience. Love to all.

Love this place. Everything about it is great. Staff is amazing, food is yummy. It has to be the best pizzza in Plymouth, definitely get it. I got the french dip, it was hard to finish but it tasted so good, I couldn’t help myself.

Sydney was our server and she was PHENOMENAL!!! So attentive, friendly and nice. Fish tacos and oysters were 100/10 so delicious. I tried the new addition to the menu; spicy mango cocktail w ghost peppers and it was ️spicy ️ in the best way!! Can’t wait to go back ❤️❤️❤️

This was our fist time coming here, and it’s not our last. The appetizers came out hot and fresh and our dinner’s were delicious. I would recommend the peppermint mocha cheesecake for a seasonal flavor. We will be back soon!

Since we only live 5 minutes away , we finally decided to try this tavern out. We ordered simple appetizer of lobster ragoons and crispy chicken sandwich with fries. We didnt go overboard because its so hot outside with little appetite.

The owner and staff were great! Extremely professional and courteous. Beautiful establishment..Food was absolutely delicious!! Our calamari was on point along with our entrées. This was my first time eating here and I definitely will be returning. I Highly recommend eating here! I make it better at home would recommend the Shanty. My fish had soo much yellowy soft batter, the scallops not very good, the fries and scrimp were great. The hubby got a burger he said it was good. We tipped the waitress $40. To make it an even $100.

First timers. Everything about the tavern was first class. Fabulous menu. It was very difficult to choose I had Fruit de Mare. It was excellent. The best I’ve had in a long time. My husband had the kale soup…he said “ better than mine”. He also wanted to pick, so he ordered the charcuterie board. Amazing!! Service was spot on. Our waitress, Nicole, was so sweet and accommodating. We actually are heading back there tomorrow night for their prime rib special.
