We are a small family business that embraces Cajun Hospitality!!! Located conveniently right off a main hwy (HWY 90 W) for travelers. Come on by and say hello; we would love to meet you. We have some regular Cajun Celebrities who stop on by; Such as Troy Landry and his family from the famous TV show SWAMP PEOPLE as well as a few others. You just might get to meet them when you swing on through.

What a surprise!! This roadside stop was done on a whim. We had never had Cracklins or boudin. The boudin was ok, but the Cracklins were amazing!! It was a fun stop for local cuisine to take on the road.

Stopped by never heard of this place was pleasantly amazed. I got to meet some great people. The family that makes this food takes pride in what they do and you can taste it. You have to get the boudin balls with pepper jack cheese and the crawfish egg rolls. I’m mad at myself for not buying more. I’m going back tomorrow to get more.

Great customer service. Delicious food. Been here two days in a row. Visiting from Texas. I dont have to try any other boudin in Luisiana. I love this place. Boudin, pepper jack boudin balls and cracklings are the best. Will come back before i leave. 5 star for this place.

EXCELLENT cracklins with a great crunch and a good bit of meat. Chicken cracklins were delicious as well. The boudin had too much rice and not enough meat for my taste. Staff was very friendly. Great place for a roadside snack.

I stopped by with family visiting from Colombia. The folks there were nice and gave us some samples. The chicken cracklins were excellent and so were the boudin balls.

Writing this before I get back home because this place is delicious. I’ve been seeing it since it opened, but never had a chance to stop by with my work schedule. Just stopped in and got some chicken cracklin and pepper jack boudin wraps and man, it’s delicious. I haven’t found a good place for chicken cracklings since being in Lafayette, and these are excellent. They have a sweet sauce for the boudin egg rolls that is interesting but in a good way. I almost want to turn back around and get more. I’ll be back soon!
