I went to blackjacks for the first time on Thursday evening.
Being new to the area, and having enjoyed other local bars, I decided I’d give this one a shot.
The atmosphere was alright, everyone for the most part were regulars, so it was fun to chat and get to know the people there, they seem to love it.
There were only two bartenders working the bar that night.
Maddie was great! She was attentive, fun, and very diligent, especially for her being new!
The older bartender seemed not very sociable, and was visibly hiding shots behind the bar.
I meant to leave a $40 tip for the newer bartender, because she was attentive of the bar. The older bartender approached me and asked if I REALLY meant to leave that tip, Which I felt was insulting.
overall not a bad bar, just some rough edges with the service.

I was stoked to find a great dive bar in Spanish Fork. The location is perfect. Right behind a stogies and a local pizza shop and across the street from a Laundromat. I wandered in too early in the day after I threw a load in at the Laundromat and was surprised. The bar was clean and not sticky. I did not expect a Spanish Fork dive bar to not be sticky and falling apart. Black Jacks turned out to be a great spot with reasonable prices and a welcoming environment.

It’s definitely a dive bar and I love them. This isn’t performative it’s legit and has good drinking inside. The bartenders are always amazing. Only downfall is that this place needs better gin that just Beefeater, if they did this would be 5 stars

A kind soul with wisdom to share.
The food was fantastic as well. His wife, Raquel, served up a fine sloppy Joe. It was perfect after a long day of fasting and hard work.
I can’t say anymore; it was an absolutely lovely time! I highly recommend stopping in.

Very basic hole in the wall dive bar; not a bar & grill! The hours are odd, and parking here is very very limited as well.
The bartender that I had when I came in was very friendly and very attentive to my drinks; I never spent much time with an empty glass.
Other than that I don’t have any complaints.

Atmosphere is great and the bar tenders were subpar. Been coming here since I was 21 and never have they taken my change from cash as a tip until tonight, I waited for my change and the tender was rude, she asked me if I needed anything else after ordering and i replied “sorry I’m just waiting for my change” then proceeds to act even more rude, throws the money at me and exclaims “we work for tips here” 1) it wasn’t my money or I would’ve been fine 2) never in the 6 years of coming here has a tender acted this way about 2 dollars. Never coming back late nights again

Good place in overall, great prices, good music, pretty chill. I loved the atmosphere and the club in general. The bathroom were ok, not super nice, but good enough.
The only thing is the i feel the staff, specially the bartenders, could’ve been more friendly and cool.
