One of the best burgers we’ve ever had, we came here for lunch ordered the hot granny and the fun guy, I added sautéed mushrooms to hot granny and hubby added red onions to the fun guy, both were delicious. Burgers were very juicy and tasty. We also ordered a build our own pizza with cauliflower crust for dinner, it was really good as well. Staff were nice and friendly. Everything was great!

We stopped in and tried the pizzas — and wow, amazing!
I had the “Cheesy Cheesy” pizza — cut into perfect little squares so I could dip each one into the marinara . The cheese stretch was next-level, gooey pulls that make you smile every time . Garlic sauce had outstanding flavor, and the crust hit that sweet spot: doughy inside, crispy on the outside. Honestly, I’d rank this in my Top 3 pizzas I’ve ever had, hands down. Like most great pizzas, it’s best eaten hot right out of the oven — which is exactly how they served it. I washed it down with a Pepsi (though I’ll always be a Coke guy ).
My wife went with the Vegetarian pizza on a cauliflower crust and absolutely loved it. The sauce had great flavor, there was a generous amount of veggies (no skimping here), and the crust was soft and enjoyable — none of that rock-hard cauliflower base you often get elsewhere.

Stopped here on a bike packing trip on the Mickelson. The food was delicious! One of the most balanced flavor burgers I have ever had (I got the hot granny buffalo burger). And the fries were perfection! Perfectly salted and crunchy. Definitely worth the stop!

Our family loved this place! You seat yourself and order at the counter… you can also order online! It was busy but the staffed worked hard to clear tables and seat people that were waiting! We ordered the terminator with no sausage and the cheese curds! So good!!

This was our favorite burger joint in the Black Hills until this year when they changed to a pizza place, much to our disappointment. There used to be a wait to get a table. We decided we needed to try it and see how it compared. We walked right in and had our choice of tables. A lot of their pizzas have jalapeños or pickled jalapeños on them. Fair warning, the pickled jalapeños are just as hot as the regular ones, unless they put the wrong ones on my pizza. I can’t complain about the pizza, besides the jalapeños, the pizza was pretty good. We got the weekly special of the Spicy Supreme (jalapeños on the side), Hawaiian (pickled jalapeños were HOT) and the bacon cheeseburger pizza. The fried pickles were excellent. I’m sad to say, it just didn’t come close to their bison burgers. I wish them luck in their new business venture.
UPDATE: Bison burgers are back!! I was thrilled to Google best bison burgers in the area and BHBPC popped up. We went there for lunch the next afternoon and I was so happy to have THE ABSOLUTE BEST BISON BURGER ever again! If you haven’t been here for a bison burger, GO! NOW! What are you waiting for?? They are phenomenal!!

Family of 7 stopped in for dinner after a day of hiking. We were hungry! Got some Classic burgers, one of them bison, a Hot Granny burger (pictured), and the Betty White Pizza (pictured). We liked it all very much! Fries were just ok-a little underwhelming and bland. The pizza was good, but a bit rich to eat alone (to be expected with the white sauce). The burgers were very good, and the absolute winner was the Hot Granny burger. Highly recommend that if you’re interested in flavors beyond the typical!

A nice atmosphere, but for the price I would think it’d be better to have a server order at the table. The Buffalo burger was really really good. What would make it better as if the bun was toasted we also got a cheese pizza that was really tasty.

They’re special that I got was a BLT and the tomatoes were fried Green tomatoes and it had garlic mayonnaise on it. it was excellent and they said so far the feedback is so good they may put it on the menu. My husband got a buffalo burger and that buns are also freshly made there everyday. It was excellent and the french fries were really good and when we asked what the powdery looking thing on them was they said it was just their seasoning. We shared my coleslaw which was excellent. Jamie was an excellent server so feel free to ask for her. we got there when they opened and went right in but when we left close to 11:30 it was already full. apparently the weekends are so full people wait in line for a long time and as long as they get your order by 2 p.m. on Saturday they’ll still serve people which can be up to 90 more people wow! We went during off-season and most of the people seem to like locals who knew each other. Definitely recommend this place but go when they open on a non weekend day.

The Big and Juicy Buffalo burger was amazing. I ate it too fast so missed the picture. The pizza was also a delight. Would recommend if you are passing through Custer to make it a food stop.
