Wow, what a wonderful BBQ restaurant in Buna, Texas. The moist brisket was filled with flavor from the first bite to the last one. Sides were on spot, smoky Pinto Beans and tasty Potato Salad. BBQ sauce was sweet, just enough vinegar pepper for a great add on to the meat. Its a must stop if you are near Southeast Texas for sure, you will not be disappointed!!

Phenomenal BBQ joint. I was really impressed with the brisket grilled cheese. It was one of the best bites I’ve ever had.
Brisket itself was good. Turkey was excellent. Yeast rolls and Corn Bread was a great touch.
Only complaint is that the line doesn’t back up at the meat cutter it backs up at the register. My food could have been hotter due to the back up between the cutter and the register.
I can’t wait to come back and try some of the non-bbq items.

Brisket fries. Really good : fries were crispy and
turkey was so moist & tasty, Mac n cheese creamy & Delicious. Tried friends food.chill atmosphere and nice friendly staff.
Teas was perfectly sweet. Not syrup and not unsweetened.
Last but not least….The sheet cake: Made me do scene from ratatouille ego bit into the ratatouille and went back to child hood.. My german grandmother’s chocolate cake, I havent had in so long and I could taste every homemade ingredient.
That was my favorite because of nostalgia.
And my friend had banana pudding. He said was amazing. And we were both BIG BACKS TODAY
Double smash burger and fries are the shiznit… always made fresh. Really good.

Excellent chopped beef sandwich, cole slaw, sausage, and fries. Tender meat with sauce on the side. Sauce is very good, not spicy, not too sweet. Just right. We hit during the lunch rush hour and the crew handled it with our gang of 20 without a hitch. Recommended!

Went on a Saturday and arrived at 11:45, there was only a couple of people ahead of us so not much of a wait. By the time we left there was about 20 people in line. We both had 2 meat plates, so we were able to try brisket, ribs and sausage. For sides we had corn casserole, baked beans, mac and cheese and potato salad. The best part of the meal was the ribs although they were on the dry side. Sausage was good but just a typical commercial quality grade. Sides were good but nothing made a wow impression. The brisket was a hit and miss. My serving was extremely fatty, definitely cut from the point, as you can see from the pictures there was a lot of fat, while my partners was much leaner cut from the flat and was top tier smoked brisket. Neither of us cared for the BBQ sauce, very sweet and tangy with vinegar, Carolina style. Nothing stood out to make the 30 minute drive to specifically go there but would try again if in the area. Our meals with 2 sodas was $50

Loved the barn look, friendly staff & the restaurant is clean. I had the 2 meat plate; sliced brisket was great, the pulled pork was drier than normal. The sides were delicious; coleslaw and potato salad. My husband & mom had the chopped brisket sandwich & fries. The fries were over cooked. My dad had the Ribs & turkey. The highlight for all of us was the sliced brisket and turkey! The BBQ sauce, onion, pickle station was nice, but bigger cups are needed.
Overall the meal was good, we would go back and have another good meal. The parking lot is a good size, easy to get too and prices were fair for BBQ.

The restaurant is stunning with plenty of room to sit and a great atmosphere. I had a 3 meat plate brisket, ribs, turkey, 2 sides dirty rice and beans, and a texas twinkie.
The best items were the ribs, turkey, and dirty rice, absolutely delicious. I thought the brisket was pretty solid, but it was helped in the twinkle with bacon and cheese. I will eat here again and maybe try the chicken fried steak, because it looked amazing!

Food was good, sausage and boudin seemed bought not made there but the wife’s ribs were great and the texas twinkles were great also. Corn casserole was good, mac and cheese wasn’t bad along with the green beans. Baked beans were ok, couldnt tell if fresh or out of a can. Over all it was good and we will go back again.
