Went on recommendation, was told this place was the place to go if you enjoy German cuisine. Beer, pretzels and cake do not make a meal and that is what I primarily read reviews of. I had the Ruben appetizers and they were mediocre in taste, sweet and I didn’t care for that. For my meal I had the Bavarian Lager Würste and it was lacking in flavor. The bratt had no flavor and the kraut was sweet tasting. I did have a slice of the Lemon-blueberry cake and it was very good but that isn’t what I came for. The take away from this is if you want to spend a decent amount of money for beer, pretzels and cake then this is the place but if you want a good flavorful German meal look elsewhere.

My hubs loves the chicken and waffles; he said they needed more syrup. I had the beet salad with salmon. Great atmosphere even if you’re not a drinker. Wish they would play the music a little louder in the bar area.

I went there to hear friends play music, Amy and Andy. Our server, Sierra, was very personable and friendly. The food was delicious! I got the Crab balls appetizer and the bacon mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. I’ve mentioned in other reviews that I usually do not eat a lot at once, and when my food arrived, I knew I was going to have leftovers. The crab balls were a good size and there were six of them. The mashed potatoes were a generous portion and very tasty along with the asparagus. You know how everything tastes better the next day? The leftover potatoes were so yummy, I wish I had another serving of them. Besides the bacon in the potatoes, there were mushrooms and gravy too. It just all worked together for deliciousness! And of course, the crab balls were delish! (I didn’t think about taking a pic at the time, so I took a picture of the leftovers that I brought home.) My friend who came out got salmon over a salad and she enjoyed every bite!

Terrific German Restaurant. Great food, variety of German beers all reasonably priced. They have a large bar area, separate dining area and outdoor seating as well. Enjoy the schnitzels, steaks and anything with a potato in it. The Reuben potato skins are my go to appetizer.

This is one of our new favorite spots. The food is amazing! I want to steal the queso mac & cheese recipe. It is creamy with just the right amount of kick to it. The pretzels are great too. I order crab dip to go along with ours. We have never had bad food here, or bad service. We like to look for our favorite waitress, Kellie. She is a great server and really makes our experience better.

Atmosphere was great and they have plenty of beers on tap. However they could use a few more lighter beers. Our sandwiches were okay but the bun was a bit stale. Overall it was good and I would give it another try and hope the food was better next time.

First time here, and wow were we impressed! We were able to sit outside and enjoy a nice weather. Our waitress was super courteous and informative and attentive. Our food was simply amazing. The bacon mac and cheese was really good, the enormous pretzel was very light and airy, the bratwurst was good and so was the burger. I honestly can’t wait until we go back to try some other things on the menu!

Large beer and spirit menu with large food portions. Small menu with variations for what they have so I’d assume a lot is made fresh. Interested to try that huge pretzel I seen on here. A little pricy for my blood but worth the drive.

When looking at the menu, the place is a little pricier than I thought it would be but when you get the food, you realize why. Delicious and good portion sizes. Burgers, wings, German dishes, couldn’t go wrong w any of them.
