Hands down one of the best waffles I’ve ever had! Got the naughty and it was drizzled with almond butter instead of maple syrup, topped with a generous portion of fresh strawberries, blueberries and banana with some granola and delicious whipped topping. For a drink I tried a hot vanilla latte that wasn’t overly sweet. The worker super friendly and helpful with this suggestion when I didn’t know what to order.

The food was good: incredibly decadent and if it was easier to get to and not so far away I would definitely come back for this food. The coffee was mediocre at best (Cookie butter latte); I actually didn’t finish it and I always finished my coffee within like 5 minutes. I didn’t realize it was inside the mall when I first put it in my GPS as I wasn’t familiar with the area.

A little round kiosk in the food court area of the Rosedale Mall serving waffles and coffee? Count me in. I ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake Waffle, and it was bliss, paired with a large iced chai latte. Also ordered the hashbrown waffle to share with a friend. That was a little dense and soggy. I think waffling hashbrowns was the reason. Watch for the food and drinks because they leave them at the bar, and you have to grab them.

I ordered a waffle & coffee with white chocolate coffee and it was really great. Although I left the waffle setting too long after the server, Hannah brought it too me, I asked her if she might “heat it up before I decided to eat it”, she had no problem and ‘heated it up again’. It was outstanding and very delicious. Hannah was very accommodating and provided excellent service which made this a great experience.
Here are a couple of items that I want to highlight :
1. The key to, not only my experience, but your
success in this business is your employee
Hannah. She has a very nice personality and
focuses on the customer/client and their
needs. Then she readily did an excellent job of
providing what I requested. She told me
without me asking “that she really loves her
job” which today is phenomenal, especially in
our current labor market.
Finally, she presently only has
this job and does not appear to be looking for
another.
2. Attracting and retaining excellent employees is
not an easy task, but since I’ve been involved in
a number of positions in both customer service
and administrative positions promoting a
number of these aspects, I found some ways to
improve and enhance this aspect of an
organization.
3. Finally, your products are excellent and
whatever you doing is a win-win for both
customer and organization—just enhance your
business with additions and other products that
build upon this.

Went with some friends to ‘fine dine’ and have a good time.
The Naughty Waffle hit the spot with the fresh fruits, and my friends were all over their Fat Andrew & Apple Streudel.
The seating was chill, and the court atmosphere made it all the better.

My all time favorite brunch places to go to. Waffles are amazing! Coffee is ALWAYS spot on. Hannah is very friendly and always a says yes to whatever i specify based on what i want at that moment for my waffle or coffee. I always loved rosedale’s atmosphere.

I had this restaurant on my list and wanted to check it out.
I had gone with a friend and we both got a different waffle. Honestly, I was disappointed. I was really looking forward to eating a flavor bomb in my mouth but I felt very let down.
It wasn’t like it was the worst food I have had, but I also know I wanted more out of my experience.
I didn’t try the coffee but I think I would at least maybe want to try that next time.

Ordered a vanilla almond milk latte. Couldn’t taste the vanilla. I think she gave regular milk and I’m lactose intolerant. It wasn’t a good day. While my wife and were ordering someone walked up and interrupted asking for some water. The barista didn’t allowed the interruption. Poor atmosphere at Rosedale Center.

Great little place to start the morning at Rosedale Center. The barista/chef was happy and friendly. Waffle came out fast and it was delicious. Cold brew was solid. Nice consistency across all locations and good to see it didn’t dip at the mall.

While the food looks good, it took insanely long to get it. I ordered ahead of my friends and continued to wait 20+ minutes after they got their order. The entire thing took over 30 minutes to get. Only go here if you don’t mind waiting excessively long.
