Put $20 in the machine, pushed the button twice. Put reserved sign on the machine, chair turned around like normal casino protocol. Went outside for <4 minutes to check my dog and came back to only $10 on the machine, drink was cleared and chair turned around. Attendant said no one went to my machine. Will never be back.

Only adding an xtra star for the woman working on Thursdays. The blonde and the one with tattoos. Awesome service. Friendly. Attentive. Personable. I’ve only been in twice but the second time I was in, was a Saturday and I’m not pleased with the service I got at the bar. Younger blonde girl working. Only pays attention to what seemed to be her boyfriend. Doesn’t look up to see if anyone needs a beverage. Drinks were fine, but service at the bar was lacking. The woman in the casino was better. I don’t gamble but I chose to go to the casino to get better service. I did have some luck on the machine I was on! I would say daytime is the best to visit. Beautiful bar otherwise.

We recently had an opportunity to visit Black Chip during our visit to town and took the time to try out their machines. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Amber, the bartender, who provided exceptional service. The quality of the drinks was excellent, and the comfortable atmosphere made for a pleasant experience.
I would highly recommend Black Chip to others, whether they are visiting or local. The welcoming environment and good service make it a great destination.

Saturday night 11:30 pm and a group of us tried to go gamble. Doors are locked, called the black chip, didnt get an answer until I was leaving a voicemail about them being closed when the door clearly states they close at 2 am. Someone picked up saying they closed early because it was “dead” but 2 and a half hours early on a Saturday night seems a bit ridiculous. Since being in the parking lot have seen 5 cars pull in, as it is a Saturday night, and leave because the doors are locked. Hopefully this reaches the owner.
